I'm curious as to how many foreigners are there. I totally get why they're angry. How would they feel if American children were enrolled in schools and American families needed medical care. Now, think what the Mexican gov would do if over 10 mil illegal Americans crashed the border and required shelter, food, school, medical services etc. I'm sure too some extent the Thais feel that way about expats in some areas.
