Surprises me as well.

If you think Trump's tariffs are going to help ordinary people with their cost of living, you are delusional. Economics 101. If you think tax cuts for billionaires are going to help the average person, you are most definitely full of it. Trickle down economics is a thin disguise for wealth inequity. Sure, life is good for me. I have empathy. Look it up.

Circular and Circuitous Comments: Are they just better?

Parkinson's LAW, not Parkinson's syndrome. OTOH, dementia tests might be warranted. -
Trust fund kid? I paid for my first bicycle, set of golf clubs and car by a combination of caddying, and scavenging scrap metal from the local garbage tip. Copper, brass, aluminium and lead. Workplace regulations would make that impossible nowadays. Caddying as kids died out about 40 years ago in Australia. Yes, I am proud of what I have achieved with hard work. What do you have to be proud of?

IMO your posts are more like Parkinson's Law at work, than the Second Law of Thermodynamics. -
Yes. Musk, Bezos and Zuckerberg. It's easy enough to look up their individual net worth. People face struggles because current taxation structures favor such people, whereas low and middle income earners are hit more heavily. For example, Trump paid $750 tax in 2016 and 2017. Someone on $50,000 pa pays $5900.

Nobody knows yet, early days. Do you think firing 6000 employees, 10% of the workforce, will have no effect on efficiency? It's OK to fire clockwatchers and slackers. If you are going to do it en masse, irrespective of experience and skills, that's asking for trouble.

I am not wishing you the worst, that's deflecting a question you obviously don't want to answer.

Are your daughter and son financially independent? Did you assist them financially? How much debt do they have? I was financially independent of my parents by age 20, and debt-free by age 29. My parents supported me in secondary college. Now tell me how that is possible in this brave new world of unbridled capitalism, where three individuals in the US have more wealth than the lowest 150 million Americans.

Many bar girls are in their 40's and 50's. Loi Kroh Road bars in Chiang Mai are full of them. Traditionally, Thai men think any woman above 30 is too old. Many get cast out and become destitute for that reason. OTOH, the French think women in their 40's are reaching their prime sexually.

Tell me how helpful your comment was to those affected. What makes you think your military pension won't be affected by Musk's eager beavers as well?

Simple people don't understand after 1990, every former Soviet bloc country wanted to join NATO out of fear of being absorbed into the Russian Federation. They had had enough of the living standards of a command economy. Reality check - Ukraine did not join NATO, and it gave up its nukes in exchange for guarantees of territorial sovereignty under the Budapest Memorandum, signed by Putin. Trying to make Russia a victim of big bad NATO won't fly. Russia was making a motza off oil and gas before the second invasion. Everyone wants to revise history nowadays.

I believe that both Trump and Vance have low I.Q's

Most of the US contributions to Ukraine have been obsolete and redundant equipment which was slated to be scrapped. The notion Zelensky is piling up cash from America is ridiculous. OTOH, Trump milked the American taxpayer for $240 million by playing golf over 300 times in his last term. His son in law Kushner received $2 billion from the Saudis. Talk about straining at a gnat, and swallowing a camel. -

Given you also spread lies and misinformation, it must be galling to get a dose of your own medicine. -

IMO the only way to explain Trump's behavior towards Putin and Russia is blackmail. Putin is ex-KGB, and they were expert at setting honey traps, getting people in compromising positions. It must be something that is so embarrassing, criminal or humiliating that even Trump's tarnished reputation would not survive the fallout in America. It may be explicable by his admiration of dictators, but I think it goes deeper than that. -
There is a scientific basis for acupuncture. It works for some muscle injuries, not for others. I have not heard of it causing harm when done by a qualified practitioner, although infection and organ puncture are possible with unskilled people.

I beg to differ. Inter Express has delivered goods without notifying me, partially thawed.
