Kudos to Lazada for their phone customer service. I was debited twice for a purchase. Supplier chat function inoperative. I contacted the help number, guy spoke good English. After I explained what had happened, he sent me an email requesting a screenshot of the double debit on my bank website. Money refunded into my account about an hour after I responded to his email with the screenshot.
