    Russia is murdering Ukrainians. With everything Putin can muster. Bombs, bullets, artillery, missiles. It is brandishing nukes. AFAIK China is not murdering the civilians of any other countries. It's not brandishing nukes. Perhaps the distinction eludes the OP.

    I am claiming Waitz and Hegseth both served in the National Guard. While Hegseth was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, it was not in a combat role. Describing him as a combat vet is stretching the truth beyond breaking point, quite a normal experience with your posts.

    Why wouldn't the OP either buy bank shares for the dividends, or live on the interest from funds on deposit? at 6% interest, that's 780,000 baht pa. More than enough to live on. The capital is preserved. Annuities reduce the risk of outliving one's savings. They also are cream for the insurance companies if one dies early.

    You are the one who first mentioned Trump. RFK Jr. has no medical qualifications. He's an antivaxxer and conspiracy theorist in charge of America's health. Tell me how you think he is qualified, it will be an interesting exercise in doublethink. Or perhaps you can tell me how a television presenter has the experience to run America's military.

    Name me one other President who required personal loyalty from ALL the people he appointed to their positions, WITHOUT regard to qualifications and experience. Let's start with Abraham Lincoln, shall we? Or JFK and Johnson?
