I believe that chart is for cash exchange, not transfer bank to bank. The rate is different.

10 years ago I worked at a community college (I was not an instructor) in CA and I was surprised that there were many girls who were interested in me, even though I was in my early 50s. Some salt in anything. We can't get away from that 100%. But most foods are very high in sodium that we need to avoid.

Too low pressure is not good either (75 !!!) mine is min 100 max 120, but it used to be 130.

I cut salt long ago. It helped a lot (from 130 to 115 average), even though blood pressure is a family problem. I always order food : no salt, no msg, no sugar. Try not having any snack or cookies (some bread are very high in salt) Perhaps not much taste but I rather to eat a tasteless food than having a major health problem. Alcohol is important as well, better cut that too. I did. I run every other day. Exercise is very important, jogging ????‍♂️ works too.

That's right, I never use my bank pay by QR code for unknown businesses, I use cash or COD if I do shopping on Lazada or shoppee. But I still think the best is not keeping large fund in debit card account. Unlike some people who keep several hundred thousands in the same account that has an issued debit card on.

Try not using debit card. Get a CC if you have a bank account (such as CD) that you can use as guarantor. Or never keep a large fund in your debit card account. Transfer from another savings to the account with the card when you need it.

Try to pay by QR code only. Don't use you debit card number anywhere. Or us CC instead.
