    IMO for example all Americans (non-Thai) have paid (or paying) tax for their income, but this is about those Thai working or investors with dual citizenship who send money to Thailand without paying tax (from those countries with tax agreement) because they claim that will pay tax in their own country, but they never pay. I have already paid tax for my income in the US that's why i'm on SS retirement.

    I have made a special place for gas tank somewhere (circulated) outside the house, won't get hot either. One tank connected to cook tops, outside/inside kitchen.

    Unfortunately "ground check box" not provided in every house by builder and people have no idea that need to have it. A ground rod must be buried in a salt and grounded charcoal and be checked every once in a while during dry season. Water and salt may need to be added.

    If they ask for tax they should give us same service as Thai. Free hospital services as well as no charge for anything that foreign pay now(or dual rates).

    Negative. American bank don't care where an American lives, but as long as there is a valid US address. I had been told that if I change my address to Thailand then I have to close my accounts.
