    It depends on your weight. I drink 3 to 5L every day. 5L I sweat a lot, especially when I do running. I lose lots of water when I sleep. I need to drink at least 1/2 L when I'm out of bed. Every single person is different. Nobody can tell you how much would be enough for you to drink.

    My tile lady had a big mouth and complained about frang.???? she told my gf "farang expect quality work and complain too much, but they don't know nothing about tiling" !!! I fired her while she was tiling shower floor unevenly (she filled the shower drain by cement, I was lucky since the drain pipe under the house was not installed yet), after 6 months she was around and stopped by to see my work and admired that done professionally.

    If the noise is from particular direction you can make an easy wall outside to reflect noise from that direction by 1 or 2" insulated metal sheet roof. At this moment I'm building a fence on the top of wall between my house and the neighbor. It is about 5 meter long and 1.5m high. It needs some still work that I do by myself. insulated sheets come in 1" & 2" . 1" is about ฿220 per mete (about 80cm wide.).

    I'm not sure what really ( we have heard that Saddam stored chemical weapons that never found by US Army) was the reason of attacking those 2 cities, but at the time they claimed that military industries mainly located in those 2 cities.

    You know the reason. Some deported or black listed try to come back to Thailand by changing name and passport at the same time (I'm not saying this is his case). Immigration use different tools to identify those, "face recognition" is one.

    US can't get involve with that war. But it seems that war has shifted from Middle East to East Europe. US rushed to get out of Afghanistan and abandoned the old war and focused on East Europe. There is a big possibility that Ukraine war spreads to neighboring countries.

    Because it's all about business. Do you really think they are after quick victory ????This war make some guys very rich. US military needs new advanced weapons, but where to dump all old ones ? You got the answer. Who paid for old ones ? Americans. Who will pay for new ones ? Americans. Who makes money ? Gun makers who support 2 parties. Who is the middle man for guns ? Example : Biden's son (and some other on the top).

    in the US they let employers know that minimum wage will be eased in 2 years. It means employers get ready for that. By the time prices are up too and adjusted higher even before people get higher min wage. ???????? one example is apartment rent.

    It's "minimum wage". Nobody will have to upgrade work quality ????. And you are not the 1st employer who is not happy with employees. They don't work as good as you expect even for their own business if they have any.

    Makro is a wrong place for bread. Better quality bread could be available at "some" Tops or Big C (not all). I loved CM big C, but I don't live there anymore ????.

    Governments never lose, they will soon increase other things prices to become "positive". Usually the target is what people don't care much about price or no choice such as alcohols and tobacco. .
