    Since it is a land border pass must have exit stamp from Thai due to illegal border cross. But did your friend show exit stamp in his Philippino pass. ? And tell them the reason why he wants to enter by Thai pass ?

    Sometimes cost of repair by local repair guys (if there is any around) is much cheaper than by authorized dealer. It depends on the problem, but minor parts could be provided by those locals as well.

    Right, washers less problems and reasonable prices, but others that are involved with more electronics circuitry such as TVs (they get buyers by great image, but poor electronics design). I had worked with well known authorized dealers in the US for more than 20 years. perhaps I'll buy Samsung or LG washer only, nothing else.

    You are absolutely right (perhaps in western world), but they politely tell you that "we can not, sorry".

    Perhaps it is a good lesson for all Samsung buyers, fridge or TV. I never buy Korean products, no matter what it is. Same story after warranty is over (TVs). If warranty is long and a common problem detected they easily discontinue the production line and parts support, easy to get rid of.

    It sound like a "border run", not a re-entry. Re-entry means he already got a visa in his pass before leaving the country.

    If one of lines have problem that cause RCBO trip then you need to find that line, try one by one. How many breakers ? You need to test one by one. Next day if RCBO trip and you can not turn it back on. Try to turn off breakers one by one and for each breaker you turn off test the RCBO, if it holds. and if you find a bad line, then you can find the possible bad user on that line.

    My IO said not only I need to do same day deposit to my fixed account, but also need to get a 12 mon statement. When I told her that my account is fixed and it shows at least past 3 years with no transaction. She replied; your book could be fake.???? amazing Thailand.

    Well, I've transferred a fixed account (bkkb) 2 times province to province, but it took about 3-4 weeks. I just went to a beach in different province and they kept my book and then when it was done they gave me the old book back + a new one.(the account never closed, only the book ended) I was asked at immigration to show the old book as well at the time of extension renewal. I'm sorry for the trouble, perhaps you need to start over a new non-o.

    Is the RCBO old type or new ? If it is an old type and there is a selector with 3 levels, just wash it by "Electronic cleaner spray"(move the selectors to both ends while sprayed). If it's a newer type then you need to have some sense of electrical troubleshooting. For start as already mentioned turn of all breakers before the time. See what happens. but my guess is perhaps you need to replace it with a new one. It has become sensitive.

    It happens when they see that someone moving around. They believe that those changing addresses happen by agencies and in fact the passport holder living in different province.

    What type of account was it ? Why didn't you ask your bank in Bangkok to transfer the account without closing it ? Immigration getting tough to all since they want to catch those who use agencies without fond in bank.

    Those who I know just ignore any health advice. If a food taste is not reach in salt add more salt, that food is already salty to me ????. I guess since they consume too much salt everyday low salt food has no taste to them. And MSG is another poison in food. I believe It is possibly added to all food in Thailand

    Do not pay even 1 Baht, you will regret. Eventually you will lose. I've recently built a house and I see that how my gf and her mom always try to plan some relatives ????. This caused me to think of where I'm standing????. My luggage is always ready and I understand that I won't own anything even though I paid for all. good luck ????

    I left CM a year ago, but I never did any deposit. And I was never asked for statement for my fixed account, only letter and updated bank book. I don't know if rules have changed or not.

    And what made you to think so ?!!! I don't see any positive point about having a fixed (800,000) account at bkkb. I see only lower interest rate and statement difficulties.

    I guess those days are over for SCB, but bkk bank still stuck in those ages since a statement has to be printed at headquarter. ????????
