    Easy repair, just find a desirable color of the edge piece. I installed my house laminates by myself and got all pieces I needed from HomePro. All in stuck.

    Do you have ceiling lights with baffles ? They can get in through those lights in the ceiling from roof(from 1st floor as well if there is space between ceiling and upper floor) If yes, there is a way to block them. I used pvc screen.

    What these 2 guys think is how to make more money. They don't care why you think or what feel about them. ???? sometime it becomes personal to them more than just a business, but hey that won't change the reality about them.     Unless you want to take them to court base on the agreement. Still not worth the headache and legal costs since you mentioned that the loan was not big (not sure how small the loan was). I would not do such move it I were you.

    It's true, I don't know about details and reason of giving loan without securing against...., OP made his mistake and became soft when he shouldn't.be Now accept it as a good experience forever.

    I'm not sure if this is for all rates, my guess is for cards only and not all card holders become qualify for that.

    To motivate them "not stopping" their payments. Lower rate better than 0 payments for banks. Banks are dealing with many people in the same situation.
