    Simply you can not stop them. The management will not or can not stop them smoking, because even if there is no smoking rule for balcony they can sit inside and smoke with open windows that will change nothing.

    I'm wondering how you expect to have power back without RCBO breaker !!! When you can find the unit or you buy a replacement it shall still trip. you can try this with old/new unit if trips again: there is a selector right below the RCBO (sensitivity). Buy an electronic spray. Whit main power off spray and wash the selector truly. Turn the selector back one fort while you are spraying to it. There should be no more problem,

    OP can open a CD account later (or move to a different bank before one year). IMO the insurance can't be renewed if there is no sufficient fund in the savings account by the time of renewal

    I always met ladies who agreed to meet me at coffee shops. No lunch, no dinner, no bars. Those who were real accepted the offer, hunters refused. I never rushed, that could cause problems. I do the same even now, after years and I'm not young as I used to be.

    Unfortunately it won't apply to all provinces. And sometimes not all IOs at the same office. Amazing, isn't it !!! That's why every time I come back from the US I ask my gf mom as a house master to fill a tm30 for me online.

    Perhaps that particular service is for Thai ladies, not for foreigners and foreigners need to be informed about the finger before "the process begins.

    You need to find an auto AC repair shop in your area. AC gas leak could be the reason.

    Truck hit all those vendors rather than hit the pick up truck. I see it everyday, mostly not bothering to press brake just move to left or right instead.

    That's right, but perhaps you don't move to other provinces every year. And you renew your extension at the same office every year.

    They are not hard on beginners, but year 2 or 3 they will be concern about your moving. They don't like to see a passport that has a renewal stamp from different province every year ( I have experienced that 2 times from 2 offices. Things getting tough somehow. What they told you was not against Imm. rules. Try to stick to one province and then travel around.

    You need to be able to have a proof of 400,000 in account all year long.

    Open a CD account and move 800,000 to the new CD account, but do not close the savings account in case if they ask for statement, where the 800,000 came from.
