    Kids aren't stupid. They see the cops turning a blind eye when riding 3 & 4 on a bike without helmets and speeding on their way to school, now these kids know how to play the game. Useless policing, only themselves to blame. Pointless crying to the public for your own failings.

    Useless people. Traffic flows much better without these people interfering. Whenever you see the cops controlling the traffic light sequencing, you'll see a huge traffic jam. And those pretend cops are worse, blowing their stupid whistles and waving their hands, it's embarrassing to watch these people.
