  1. OMG, that would have made a hell of a noise. All those hardworking, tired police at their desks, fast asleep, woken up.
  2. There are lots of good people in this world! Isn't that what I said? ????
  3. I don't doesn't matter what country you're living in, if you wear purple clothes, you will be alone.
  4. It's free entertainment. Listening to their rediculous theories.
  5. Stop being so miserable. It's amusing, try it, it might cheer you up.
  6. Great news ???? There are still good people in this world. ????
  7. Bring it down to Pattaya. Theprasit Rd, across from the PTT servo there's a market, Buffalo Market, selling similar second hand stuff. If it doesn't sell, donate to Hand to Hand foundation, Suksubai, around the corner from the Land office. Over the years I've been taking the kids clothes, books, toys etc, I'm sure they'll take your stuff.
  8. Don't need the Thai women to give input. I've got a fair idea of what foreigners here in Thailand believe in, just by reading the AN articles, threads, comments and replies, strange lot for sure.
  9. Yep. Not just the bathroom, your head/bedhead must be pointing in a certain direction, it's bad luck.......... apparently ???? Now I understand where all my bad luck has come from. Oh well, if it wasn't for Bad Luck, I'd have no luck at all ????
  10. Paracetamol can damage the liver. This is dangerous. We get a lot of rain here in Thailand.
  11. Alot of daft things are taught at school. Kids get taught not to go to sleep under trees because trees take oxygen in, at night time and you will suffocate. It's a shame that the education standards are so low, it can be a struggle at times trying to explain what's right and wrong, the nonsense and the facts.
  12. When I first started working out of Vung Tau, you could catch the Hydrafoil from Saigon to Vung Tau. What an amazing experience, 1 hour flight from BKK then a 1.5 hour boat ride down the river with beautiful views, bar on board for a few beers, then arriving in this trendy city. I've worked in dozens of countries but Vung Tau was my favorite location to work. Beautiful people and lots to see and do. What a life, every month fly in and out.
  13. You're a glass half empty guy, doom and gloomer, it's OK, have a coffee and chill dude. I'm sure similar building construction stories where you come from. Same happens in Australia, lots of Dodgy workmanship etc. Recently I read an apartment block in Sydney has been condemned shortly after completion, residents had to relocate. Uninhabitable
  14. Move down to Pattaya. Rock solid here.
  15. Didn't the song go 'London Bridge is falling down'
  16. Take your time, the BiBs are still working on her Oh dear, I hope they don't abuse her mouth, I like to kiss her. ????
  17. Is that where she got to. I've been looking everywhere for her. I'll be down shortly to pick her up.
  18. I see Arab-Hatred is alive and well on this forum. Really. You should check yourself and the overt racial hatred. It's not a good image for this forum. Strange comment. You're just stirring the pot, you're an antagonizer. Best you don't comment at all if you're going to be hostile.
  19. Sick to even think like that OMG, what are you thinking? Keep it professional.
  20. Why has her sentence been reduced. Has she been giving the guards favours?
  21. I'm sorry to hear that you lived in Saudi, hell on earth. I worked in Saudi for a few years, flying in and out every 4 weeks, I hated it. I regularly saw the fun the boys were having on their motorbikes I've also got a few photos of 10 year olds driving the family car with mum sat in the back seat. It's a strange place with strange people.
  22. Thai women fight back- don't mess with them The article reads 'The attack was unprovoked according to the victim and witnesses' Unprovoked
