How Safe Are You - Living in Thailand?
No need to be nasty. Aggressive, hostile comments are all too common for those with mental health issues.

A cars blue book has all the particulars, owners details, cars serial numbers, tax payment etc. The car is basically worthless without its blue book.

Red, Black and White 220V wires.
I'm not sure exactly how they colour code their wires, never worked in America. For many years I've worked offshore, for an American company, sadly with too many Americans (joking, they're OK). I see red wires used all the time for grounding/earthing.

Red, Black and White 220V wires.
Don't be too fussed about active and neutral colours. Keep the earth green and yellow only.

Noisy neighbours....today's job
I bought a couple of condos for the kids a few years ago, new condos with lots of swimming pools etc. The 2 condos are adjacent but the bedrooms attached to the neighbors walls are very thin. I thought about ceramic tiles, a feature wall. The bathrooms have ceramic tiles to the ceiling, can't hear the Russian woman next door getting rogered while sitting on the brasco, it's nice and quiet. I recorded the audio, was going to take it to Juristic office and complain. She's quite noisy, thought she was getting assaulted at first, was going to call the cops. 105 very noisy 10am.mp3

Delivery rider helps himself to water dispenser in Thai restaurant
How does a delivery driver find drugs and not a watch? He must have been really ticked off, thought he was the proud owner of a new watch but the parcel only had some white powder.

British tourist injured in money dispute with Thai ladyboys in Phuket
The Brit has issues, 3 bloody ladyboy's. It always amazes me with so many beautiful females in Thailand why anyone would want to be naked with a smelling bloke.

Electric bill- something is not right.
I reckon you had some visitors when you was away. Any furniture out of place or food or drinks consumed? Maybe an inside job, other family members or friends that knew you'd be away. Not really possible to tap these electric meters, Its easy to see if the meter is being tapped.
