  1. I’ve seen a number of foreigners who have upper and lower body strength knock out Thai  Muay Thai. Those that won over powered

with upper strength. Which looks like the Thai weren’t accustomed to

    Multiple head shots at once.

Recently it looks like when Thai are fighting a foreigner there prepared

for the head shots and defend properly.

video didn’t play and can’t tell is its traditional boxing or MT. One guy

looks to have some type of shoes on.

  2. In US it happens on some items. If your frugal compare the prices and decide which one fits. McDonalds has the so called value meal and in some cases buy the value pack or each separately and the price is the same.

Thought that Mackro and those types of stores would offer discounts on bulk buys but not really the case on

    items I’ve looked at

  3. I have used IPhone and IPad for many years. Once two years ago wanted to buy something similar and comparable to a iPad. Mostly price reasons.

Bought it hated it the operating system/functions drove me crazy gave it to one of the kids.

you might check Apple store. I needed a new phone and saw an article

when the “X” came out and said if you  need a new phone and not the “x” look at iPhone 6  or many changes. Bought new at USD 1 year warranty and one year  if you break the glass free replacement.

They can get into "waterproof" electrical boxes so a screen isn't going to help much.

They don't like mothballs, so a few of the big ones in strategic locations may help, or a car cover.

    Their poop is bigger ?

Our electric water heater in the bathroom box is closed one got in there

making it not work. Opened the box he fell out a bit stiff and hot water works again...

I'm a millionaire buying a $50k piece of land for a $25k bargain price from my wife's cousin.  We're going to build a little house ourselves, and her mother is going to build a second home for herself.  Think of it as a vacation home for us and security for her mother.  I think my life is worth a lot more than 25k.  So many utterly clueless posts and not a coherent answer.

The overall mentality of people is simply incredible.  Thais are like everyone else.  Some dishonest, most utterly trustworthy if you know them.  The idea that everyone is out to cheat/rob/kill you is ridiculous.

Well done! Your are 100% correct not everyone is out to get you/us we can say sometimes it happens but not put everyone under the same umbrella.

I ran out of fuel a couple months ago a little shop was nearby did hand signals and he knew what I needed. Gave him 100 baht and his worker

went and got enough fuel to get me to the station not far away. Gave me my change I tried to get him to accept a tip. He wouldn’t do it.

There are good people in the world

  6. Had to look up Forza looks like a good bike. Up here near Udon Thani

have yamaha, Honda dirt bikes a bit pricey. Have seen a couple places

sell a Chinese brand but would be concerned quality for long term use.

Take a look at GPX see attached. I’d have the Legend street bike for

2-1/2 years. Only problem was speedometer and front fork leak which

    were bth replaced at NC.

  7. The first NO extension in BKK I used an agent because I didn’t know the

process neither did my wife. It was costly if I remember correctly 30,000 baht.

The he next time with the help from the forum I did it myself in Udon Thani near where I live. Follow the advise given on the forum it was easy and painless. Paid the fee don’t remember what it was left a 200 baht tip all done.

Now when I go for 90 check ins and another extension they remember me I’m polite leave a small tip 200 baht No problems l

Whether arriving visa exempt by air at all is prudent depends on the history of your previous visits to Thailand over the last three years, and especially the last 12 months. Definitely carry cash. It is easy to do, and eliminates one possible cause of trouble. Return/onward flights are unlikely to be a factor with immigration, but your airline might insist on one before allowing you to check in.

I booked a flight to SIngapore two different airlines. One for going and other for coming back. The airline for outgoing called after I booked and questioned why no return ticket. It was due to schedules which I told the and it was ok.

  10. If your concerned look on Apple website for Customer Care fraud?

They may ask you to send a copy of email.....

i had had a worse cause last week. Email started out I know some of your password and user code. Both were correct but I’ve not used them

in long time. It gave three options two which would make them do something to all your contacts.

one was demand for $7000 USD to stop the problem...
