  1. If we all try to improve the situation by limiting use of plastic bags maybe it will catch on. It’s a bit crazy you can go to a store and they

use plastic bags for everything. 1 item 1 plastic bag. 12 pack of water that’s plastic wrapped putting it in bag? Even Mom and Pop shop across the road tries to give plastic bags for everything..... I motion

to them I’ve got big enough hands to carry a few things. The caught on and don’t offer anymore.

Sorry for the long email but everyone can help a little

    I'll explain for Sandy.

THere's an inner wall of QCon blocks and an outer wall of bricks. It insulates from heat and sound and allows a nice brick appearance.

The cavity is not usually filled but can be with more insulation or even burnt coconut husk.

But he is going to be very well insulated and soundproof just with the cavity.

He has also managed to hide the concrete posts.

I like the idea of inner wall for insulation. My posts show on the inner walls. 1room is AC is it possible to fairly easily add Qcon blocks to flush out the walls? I don’t know the thickness of Qcon blocks or if there would be enough space to work effectively

  3. Lots of  choices in Udon Thanks City modern apartment @ 12k month

Noticed you’re looking for rural unfortunately haven’t seen advertisements. One thing about rural most may not have AC. Recommend getting “Pocket” WiFi unit is @ 300 baht monthly fee 500 from AIS I’m sure other carriers have also. Works great multiple users no problem.

  5. Price of repair can be negotiated. Wife with no DL drove the car while I was out of the country. Two lane country road hit the gas instead of brake. Left rear quarter panel replaced (new) Rear panel replaced left rear window replaced front right fender replaced. Broken transaxle replaced. Paint etc. Estimate was 170,000 negotiated down to 130,000.

After repair received itemized bill with pictures before, after and during repair. Was done at dealer Suzuki Swift. No DL insurance would not pay.
