The Baht is down? please can you tell the British pound that ,its not heard the news,

many days the wife runs in the mornings around Pattaya ,and the surrounding countryside. ,training for her Marathons,some days she grabs me at 6 am and makes me go for a walk ,she did this morning and we went to walk behind the Chicken farm on Sukhumvit and along the walkway north ,(great sea views) well we passed Cholchan hotel ,usually in the morning there are lots of tourists in the pool and walking as well ,this morning ,not 1 ,no not 1 only other Thai walkers , 

 the guard said they were almost empty. its a big place ,so i wonder how soon before they are back.?

I was in a bar last night and I was saying to my friend that all the fans in bars would add to spreading anything around in the air which one would think would increase the rate of infection, but Pattaya isnt even on the radar for this virus as far as I have seen (no STATISTICS from what I have seen). 

Funny i was thinking this ,nobody seems to know anyone who has it in Pattaya ,yet we had thousands of Chinese walking the streets , anyway if this carries on for a very long time ,the world as we know it will collapse ,just watch Bloomberg ,the economy everywhere is going down the drain ,My daughter earns quite a lot of money from her business ,everyone has cancelled ,this is a very busy time for her ,but she has not taken a penny and she is not alone ,

You said it ,so much for United Europe,as we now see its every country for itself ,but then us Brits always knew that and that is why we never really wanted to be in the club ,we were tricked into it by Heath , Germany was always the leader with the French following like the poodle they are (sorry thats not a dig at the people but the leaders)

Well watched it last night ,looks good , well acted and as i said no PC rubbish like mixed race couples ,high class People from other nations and same sex marriages in historical dramas, in other words it was not on the BBC.????

Here in PATTAYA it was wonderful,we had about half an hour of heavy rain ,wont do much for the water shortage ,but the garden breathed a sigh of relief.

No panic buying here in Tesco ,Pattaya seems very laid back ,not that many even wearing masks . 

Just back from Tesco , no panic buying ,all as normal ,,the wife and i were in the minority wearing face masks . the only shortages were tesco products ,but its been like that for ages ,i suppose its because they were selling up .

New series by the writer of Downton Abbey,Belgravia ,its on all the usual places ,started last night ,looks ok and judging by the pics its not just another box ticker series ,thank the Lord..

i usually just pop in there to pick  up the spray for the rubber walker .

wife just returned from her morning run ,she says she does not think that is the tel no for the guy who repaires ours ,but another treadmill guy , anyway as i said the one on the corner of south pattaya rd is very helpful

My wife was in the trade for years and i went with her and looked at hundreds of condos,to be honest ,i cannot understand why people pay a fortune for a sea view ,nothing to see except water,lol anyway the older condoes are far better built ,larger and cheaper ,wouldnt buy one of the cardboard boxes like the base if they were half the price .

ps Much better to have a nice house with 2 floors a big garden and parking ,oh and a master bedroom large as a base condo . sorry rant over .

No ,when i got my new passport while on holiday in the UK ,i used both to return then went to immigration and had them transfered to my new passport ,no problem

its what i did before changing ,,just needed a few little things and some photocopies on the day ,but hell its only once a year ,i think i can manage that????
