  1. First, you refuse the accept proof, of the Red Notice clearly stating "Public" instead you try and make us believe it was made "Restricted" without notice.. Also, you seem to forget.. rather conveniently, that the 1st notice, disappeared, so the 2nd one was "issued" though never should on interpols site. Reda this link, then explain it. https://www.khaosodenglish.com/news/crimecourtscalamity/2020/10/07/real-or-fake-cops-show-interpol-notice-for-boss-red-bull/
  2. Thank you for correcting me... but as I have alos pointed out, the last notice clearly stated "Public" though it was never seen. Also, as you should be aware there why was a second Red Notice issued unless, for some reason, the first one was removed, and if so, why, and by who, was it removed. https://www.khaosodenglish.com/news/crimecourtscalamity/2020/10/07/real-or-fake-cops-show-interpol-notice-for-boss-red-bull/

  5. Prove it was moved, otherwise you speak BS... Shame on you
  6. All forum members... Liverpool Joe keeps pushing that he knows more than everyone else.. even saying, many times, we cannot see the entire Interpol database, this is in fact true, BUT the Red notice for Vorayuth has ALWAYS been public, as reported by the RTP AND the Red notice I have attached (check the date, top left).. it is very clear, top right corner. This notice is no longer on the site, in fact, no-one, except the RTP have seen it, some ask is it a fake, we will never know. I know Joe will reply... but I am not interested in his BS.
  7. absolutely, most of us know there was never any intention to bring him back...
  8. you missed the fact the RTP said is was a public notice.
  9. Don't start that again... you know it was withdrawn
  10. And yet, still no effort to bring the dude to trial... Just trying to divert attention away, from what should be done.

  18. if you pay taxes, on interest.. then you do not pay tax in thailand
  19. you can read the whole agreement here. https://www.austlii.edu.au/au/other/dfat/treaties/1989/36.html
  20. More info for Aussies, this is a copy of the agreement, between Australia, and Thailand. https://www.austlii.edu.au/au/other/dfat/treaties/1989/36.html
  21. wish I only paid 10% tax, in Australia... it's more like 33%.. Thailand would also depend on Australia informing them, of your income, it is not automatically given. Article 18 Pensions and annuities 1. Subject to the provisions of Article 19, pensions and annuities paid to a resident of one of the Contracting States shall be taxable only in that State. 2. The term "annuity" means a stated sum payable periodically at stated times during life or during a specified or ascertainable period of time under an obligation to make the payments in return for adequate and full consideration in money or money's worth.
  22. I have done some research, it appears both the UK, and Australia, have a double taxation agreement, with Thailand, so, an income, taxed in your home country, will not be taxed in Thailand.... however, if you earn income, in Thailand, then you pay tax on that income.
  23. For any concerned Aussies . Australia has a double tax agreement with Thailand, so if taxed in Australia, you do not pay tax in Thailand...
