Presuming you have enough oil in the engine * red oil light comes on * I can only give my experience on certain Honda stationary engines. They had a float in the sump, so when oil is low it won't start, these floats used to gunk up, even when oil was full. (remove and clean/replace.) I would imagine there must be a sensor or float not working correctly.

Yep they are the places, I will be taking my car today to one, by the time I've completed the insurance form, it will have been inspected, 200b and I don't go back or hang around, 50b for them to EMS docs back to me. Receipt is accepted by the cops if stopped apparently.

My friend told me yesterday that he finds it hard to keep up with all the Public Holidays, and I tend to agree with him, his car tax and insurance ran out on Saturday so he was going on Friday, but because of the Bullocks, he is now going on Monday, having to drive with no road tax or insurance. Just saying.
