    The only time I will Wai is if someone has really helped me as a way of saying thank you Very Much, for example if I was handed back something important I had dropped without noticing like an ATM card or helped me in a big way. . I also salute back to a security guard at Macro. Why do they do that ?

    Same for me Trat, still get the paper bill as the guy that reads the meter puts the bill in the plastic box, they now use a hand held meter reading device that prints out the bill there and then. Phone and Internet do not have meters, but I pay TOT Direct debit and Still get a paper bill.

    Worst case scenario 2k fine though some will dispute this as 4k and 500 a day, but I have never heard of this happening.

    A 57yr old who has moved to and lived in the US and obtained US citizenship, still at 57 old could not take responsibility for her actions while driving home in the inevitable BMW, no doubt from a party and DUI. IMO ( I am wondering if they could still question witnesses at the 'party' on how much she drunk, circumstantial evidence?) Lock her up and remove her US citizenship once she has served her time.

    it is no longer legal to use 'normal' aluminum power cable underground , it must be 'special' underground cable, it is double insulated and in yellow pvc. 5yrs ago when my house was built, PEA came to check and my electrician had to change it.

    By "normal visa'' do you mean retirement ? Discounting the visa he already has, 400,000 is the amount needed in a Thai bank for 2 months before applying for a Marriage EXTENSION.
