We all pay tax one way or another, on all that is involved in buying, owning vehicles, even insurance for car etc, condos, booze and cigarettes, interest from banks, building materials, house hold goods, power, fuel, the list goes on. every time I go to 7/11 i pay tax most of them speak good English but i pay the same as everybody else.

Why is it presumed foreigners can pay more ?, so going by this statement foreigners who can't pay more, even though they are bad for the nation should NOT pay more.

Training courses for Electricians are not a few days or weeks, it takes 3-5 YEARS as do most trades, but we are in Thailand, flip fops check, screwdriver, check. Pass. Better to offer loans to employ apprentices IMO
