For me no massage no money is wrong thing already. thats non-sense. if its like that then she could it at home or free working style. paying to the shop for your off day is another scam thing. I think no massage no payment thing may be true. I would try to find out if its true that she really pay to the shop when she leaves for the home. Thats the first time i heard of. I dont know this will help you or not my ex-wife is from khon kaen. Her registration is khon kaen. But i was working in bangkok. I wanted to do my extension base on my work and work salary. Where ever you work it doesnt matter. You have to do your extension where your wife is registered. in your case i think she is from khon kaen too (because you mentioned khon kaen) and she registered there. now if she works in some other city that means most likely she moved there and also moved her registration there too. in this kind of case you must go this city and extend your visa there not khon kaen anymore. So basically, where ever she registered herself, extension is there. Suggestion: go to khon kaen, do your extension. travel where ever or live where ever you want. If the police wants to visit you they will visit you where ever you live (the address you provided and TM30) thats how happened to me. Sometimes they may insist to see you in khon kaen.. thats something you need to talk and explain to them.

well again its not much of a life or living, is it? they are just doing it for get more attention and raise their watchers. If you come here and want to stay couple of weeks... maybe. When you leave the country your 90 day report ends and you need to start doing new ones when you arrive again. I think its the same thing even you have extension & re-entry permit. You can try online 90 day report tho

Now if hes here with the non-b and work permit extensions there is no problem till the employer terminates them or wait till the end of the contract. Meanwhile as you mentioned employee must pay for the medical expenses if its in the contract. If the medical leave is very long the employer has the right to terminate the contract base on 'unfit for employment' . This is most likely what they will do. Also be aware that there is a age limit for work permit too. Now the moment they ended the contract is the last day of your friend in thailand. The important thing here is the date on the termination letter given by the employer. The last working day will be on it. Thats your last day in thailand. Your friend can apply for medical expansion or visa (i dont know its official name). Some people posted useful info about it already with links. I really dont know if the labor office can help you than telling you what you can do and options. And things will change when you go to immigration. So at this point my advice for your friend is to go to immigration and explain whats going on and get some info for the future acts. hope they will get well soon. Good luck

im living in thialand probably 17 years or 18. when i came here i was getting 1000UK pounds and it was around 45K baht. Life was great tbh. I could do almost everything i want. If i remember correctly Leo was 35baht. I was again almost the only farang in Khon Kaen. Plus i was young nowadays things are really expensive. 45K is not enough for a luxury life. Most likely will only save the day. My salary is higher than 45K now but again its not good as 17 yrs ago. Also prices are really high after covid. Sometimes i watch youtubers telling how to live in thialand with 250 baht per day or similar things. I just laugh at them because i know its not true and impossible.

sad. once i witnessed someone wanted to getting marry with a 16 year old girl. he was more than 35s for sure. They were trying to translate some documents from the family letting them marry. The little girl was playing with him and he was so serious next to him.. sad..

i have noticed some really annoying things with Grap. Mostly food 1) the map is wrong. My driver always use a way which is not on grap map. I asked them about this and they told me there is a direct small road both for cars and bikes connecting the main road and the road in front of my house. The distance is around 500m. dont know how much money it is. 2) many grap drivers try to dont give changes. They always say transfer/scan please because they dont have enough money on them.. But when i tell them they can transfer to my bank account they usually shock. 3) Grap usually shows another house probably 100m away from me. So far never showed my house for 3 years yet. That house is a company house. Again this adds more money to the distance. 4) Some restaurants dont read your notes about the food. few more things but didnt want to write here.

1 or 2 overstays will not effect you. i know someone who made it his habit. im not sure how many times but one time they refused to enter thailand. dont know the official refuse but Io told him he has many times overstay.
