I was horrified to see that people actually book the queue by placing small rocks and empty bottles two hours before they actually give the free food away.
Were the rocks and bottles observing social distancing?

Do you think this is the right time to be going to a hospital?
I have always thought hospitals are great places to avoid as everyone in them is sick! Especially now with the Corona virus around. However there are times when we have to go there. My own BP is 100/60, even lower than yours and I don't get dizzy standing up... but then Roadrunners are not human! I am not medically qualified but since you ask, if I were you I would see a doctor and ask about adjusting the dose or even stopping your meds.... but always remember the saying.... Doctors bury their mistakes!
Just how does one go about social distancing in a hospital full of people?

Are you barking mad? Don't give them ideas!

I lived long months in Vietnam between 1991 and 1996 and since then I only drink Vietnamese coffee.
In old Hanoi, there is a street where there are only coffee sellers.
Some are excellent but very expensive, no brand, the grains are sold by weight.
Do not forget either that Vietnam is the second world producer of coffee.Thanks... I think. .... Nakhon Nowhere is a bit far from Bangkok just for a cup of coffee! Or is that their delivery helicopter on the pack???

Are you referring to the esteemed members of this forum?
As for Pattaya, the world's oldest profession is not about to disappear.

Introduce her to me, I'll go check her out for you first. Say no more bro', least I could do for you.
At least under present circumstances there are no flights, so some huge Viking type Swede is not going to walk through the door at the wrong moment.
Bonking someone else's wife can be exciting. (Don't ask me how I know).

Why bother, most things (and people) here have a screw loose.

Curious if your 'maid' wears a uniform whilst completing her cleaning and it seems fermenting duties.
Mr Kok Prong, your mind is nearly as warped as mine. No uniform, but I did have another maid who, having cleaned the apartment, would polish my prong. Back in the day, cleaning and polishing cost 1000 Bats a month. Sigh.... things ain't what they used to be.

Anyone remember those 1980's BMW's. They would have been ideal for Thailand with its 3 roundabouts. Even in the dry the back end was always a bit twitchy when encountering bends.
Yup, I've had a few of them, even raced one. I think I drove more sideways than straight, especially in the winter. Good practise for drifting. They don't have winter here so they don't know how to flip the back out and control with gas pedal.
I have driven hundreds of different cars but the 1980's BMW is most dangerous car I have ever driven. It would swap ends on you without warning. Sent my underwear to the laundry.

Just read elsewhere unconfirmed report that China used a generic form of this drug made under licence from Gilead.

Going from a Fortuner to a pickup you are trading down to a lesser vehicle with a poorer ride. Unless you need the carrying capacity I would not go for it.
Fortuner probably easy to sell privately for better price. Ask what the dealer would give you as a trade in and use this as a guide to bottom value. Look online to see what you could sell it for on sites like www.one2car.com

We have us a problem. The virus is mutating, in India.
Looks like Indian tourists wont be returning to Thailand again anytime soon either.

I think the Isaan people know very well what they are drinking and how it is made. End of.

I don't' think the will be opening the doors for everybody anytime soon.
I think it will depend upon where you are traveling from. They may have a complete door closure for those from some countries. A 14 day quarantine for others and a coronavirus test before boarding the flight.
Assuming common sense prevails

Obviously you don't need to work to get some food on the table, otherwise you would think differently.
I don't want to scare you, but while waiting for the miraculous vaccine, you might find out that your ivory tower is surrounded by millions of people desperate for food.
Well we could try it your way. You would not need food if you were dead.

Hopefully what the government has the sense to see is that the minimal additional health risks are nothing compared to the absolute certainty of economic evisceration and misery that is being caused by this failed policy of lockdown.
Waiting any longer is absolutely idiotic. Flattening the curve won't work. We have to open back up and deal with the virus as nature intended. Spend any additional money on preparing our hospitals better to handle more patients and give better care to those who need it. It will be cheaper and better in the long run.
People like you are going to get lots of us killed. Those who have already been infected have failed to acquire immunity. We must remain on lockdown until it dies out or we have a vaccine or better treatments.
Flights back to normal by Oct 2021, says AOT

Depends partly on future cost of flights. Will it go up as airlines need to recover their losses, or will it go down as not as many people will be able to afford to fly?
As for return to normal by Oct 2021. It had better be a lot sooner or the whole world will have gone bankrupt by then. Where did this idiot get his facts from?.... ah its an airport authority so.... facts out of the blue.
