The link doesn't work but if you just type in '3M' in the Lazada search box, the 3M Flagship Store pops up.

I typed in 3M and found a huge selection. Some of which are likely fakes.

I then typed in 3M N95 and got... still unclear.

Sorry, but seems a bit of a loony visa to me where a Thai is the 51% stake holder of your money/investment

It states:- Must have evidence of investing in the form of a fixed deposit of no less than Baht 10 million
with a bank which is registered in Thailand and has Thai nationals holding more than 50 percent of
    its shares.

So it is the bank which must be 50% + Thai owned, NOT your deposit.

I've never encountered anything apart from co-operation in the Thai government hospitals.

Agreed, but cooperation is not much use if you get the doctor who does not know what he is doing. Key is to find the one who knows his stuff... lots o luck with that!

Also, if it is something serious, a second independent opinion at a different hospital is wise if unsure. I never forget the saying... “Doctors bury their mistakes.”

To which we could add... Every time they prescribe a drug, look it up on Google and see if it is correct for your condition. The other bit you wanna read is the “side effects.”

Funny thing. I had ordered some 3M masks from Amazon in the U.S. a while back in a 50-pack box... Today, got out the box again and was looking more closely at all the package info, which was printed in EN, Spanish and French...

When I finally found the small print saying "Made in"... it was CHINA!

With your luck it was probably made in Wuhan!

it says there is a meeting about what can be done to evacuate about 100 Thai citizens from Wuhan as the Chinese government has closed the airport the but there might be an option for a military aircraft to land there. However all the comments by TVF members suggest leaving them there so they won't risk people in Thailand....

If then bring the Thais home they will have to be quarantined. I presume our Govt has enough sense to realise this?

    E200 Coupe vs 218i M Sport

To me 218i is fun to drive but e200 is more comfortable. the price is about the same

I would go for the E200, I like the coupe styling. Locally built are poor quality compared to original ones from Germany, yet here they cost more. You have to some kind of masochist to pay Thai prices for inferior products.

Reliability wise, the BMW was the worst car I ever owned. It also drank fuel. I am curious to hear what the newer ones are like?

Now that I've got your attention, what's your opinion on the World Health Organization making the public statement that in their opinion, it's a 'bit too early' for the rest of the world to get excited about this?

    No? Nothing?

    Anyone? Anyone?

Some report of 10 Chinese cities on lock down. Plus the Chinese are traveling for New Year. So what are the WHO and the Thais gonna do, wait till it is too late?

Just look up PO boxes PH   or anywhere actually, think Id go for Spain if I was easing myself back into the UK for a while. US mailboxes highly efficient cheap too,but UK far better as you could renew UK driving licence,no life form, bit extra for winter fuel

Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we set out to deceive.

Also doubt the pensions office will go for the PO Box number.

I do warm to the idea of claiming winter heating allowance while roasting in Thailand.

"We will perform a virus scan if the Chinese government announces to watch out for other cities apart from Wuhan and Guangzhou," the General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Suthirawat Suwannawat, told reporters.

China is Thailand's biggest source of tourists and had nearly 11 million visitors from there last year.

As concern grows in Thailand over the possibility of a bigger outbreak, some social media users have accused the government of caring more about the money from Chinese tourists arriving during the Lunar New Year holiday than public health.

"Our country can control the situation well. We’ve had patients who are being treated and are improving, many have also gone home," Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul told reporters.

Brings a whole new meaning to the term.... "Medical Tourism."
