  1. Just wondering what these are about ? no pension is a bit steep and all those deposits are permanent

    1. With Pension - 50 years old and above - the required time deposit is US$10,000.00 plus a monthly pension of US$800.00 for a single applicant and US$1,000 for couple.

    2. Without Pension

    • 35 to 49 years old - US$50,000.00 time deposit
    • 50 years old and above - US$20,000.00 time deposit
    • Former Filipino Citizens (at least 35 years old, regardless of the number of dependents - US$1,500.00)
    • Ambassadors of Foreign Countries who served and retired in the Philippines, current and former staff members of international organizations including ADB (at least 50 years old) - US$1,500.00

Why do not you think about it ? You have no idea what I own and what size and facilities and yet here you are passing judgements or advising on what I should know.

if this is not trolling , I do not know what is ????

Because I know you dont have those facility .. If you did as a 3 to 4 star hotel advertising on booking .com and Agoda and you matched  air bnb or even cheaper like you say then you wouldn't be posting here around the clock but to busy managing your 100% occupancy rate..sorry to be harsh and Im not the one trolling

Disturbing news !... pray thatthe number of casualties does not rise. All the best to the fire fighters doing their job.

    Looks very scary however.

No intent to speculate, but in 2010 it was in flames with intentional arson perpetrated by social unrests and protests.

I have matched and beat their prices and still nothing. My laundry ie commercial shop I use also say very quite , ie all their clients, hotels in the same boat

Think about it , how does your 15 sqm rooms compare to 35 to 45 sqm for the same price with a kitchen, usually a gym and good pool.. How you going to match that? comon you should know this stuff..

Actually this is the only reason why I didn't buy a condo. Maintenance and construction.

You want to know how your building is going to look like in 10 years? Just go around and look at 10 year old condo buildings. Then have another look at 20 year old buildings. The rapid deteriorating is shocking, admittedly less shocking in Pattaya than Bangkok.

I bought 12 years ago lower sukhimvit Bangkok and we just had all 17 floors Painted and a remodel lobby , the pool switched to salt water and new deck chairs and dozen other things. The maintenance is the only reason I haven't sold up .

the problem is you like every other wanna be landord in pattaya  are looking at condos the price of a new corolla.

Just buy from a REPUTABLE developer and dig deep but most pattaya renters are earning 30%  ????  in some "fixed" term fund  with there millions of baht while staying in a little shoe box and think they are living the dream...enjoy!
