    I also use Amazon for my size 47 but I was about to order a quality sandle for $55 however the total with duty was $115 !

    What immigration office? Jomtien requires a special letter from your bank listing just your 12 deposits and containing a statement staying that they were all foreign transfers. The letter takes a week to prepare. A pile of self prepared printed statements is not what they want. BBL knows how to do it. I don't know about other banks.
