I need to go to the UK for work early November. And come back to Thailand. I have been trying repeatedly to input documents into the COE form today. But it is not working. It keeps saying "Please attach a copy of vaccination certificate." What am I to do? Any others experiencing this? [I do understand that the rules are changing but the COE is needed now and I need to organise flights, insurance, etc now] Thanks for any input. J

Thanks! So for the COE, how long does the insurance have to be? My digital work permit expires in March 2022. Until then? Or for one year? Thank you!

Hello. Firstly apologies if wrong forum. Secondly, many thanks for any help with my query. I have searched here but can't find anything that relates to my matter. I am UK national. I live and work in Thailand. I have a digital work permit (expires March 2022) with BOI company. I have a Thai social security card. I need to travel to UK to work in November. I will be in the UK for about 10 days. I am guessing I will need COE. I have health insurance already with Bangkok Insurance. But I don't know if this will help with COE. My questions...... To apply for COE, must insurance be in English or OK if in Thai? If I have yearly work permits (as I do) for how long should the COE insurance be for? Many thanks for your help. J

I have a Social Security Card (with work permit). If have Social Security Card do you require COE? I am living in Thailand and have health insurance. Is this sufficient? Thank you

I am the OP. On Thursday I went to the Thai-Japan institute of technology where I received my second vaccine. The gave me a number of someone at Mor Phrom to call after hearing my complaint 'I have no certificate showing second vaccine' The man at Mor Phrom I spoke to said many foreigners are having problems with the Mor Phrom system. It's related to the ID number requirement, he said. I have a Thai social security card and the system wants to register this number instead, but this causes some issues. The bottom line is that some foreigners are not receiving certificates in the Mor Phrom phone app. But the man said the certificate is registered internally with Mor Phrom (and is showing on their servers) but that it sometimes doesn't show on the Mor Phrom app or the Thairuamjai website. He sent me my certificate on Line.

I haven't seen this problem - but I made many calls today asking several people. Eventually a Mor Phrom man called me back. He told me many foreigners are having problems with the system. It's related to the ID number requirement. I have a Thai social security card and the system wants to register this instead. He said the certificate is registered internally with Mor Prom but that the certificate sometimes doesn't show on the Mor Prom app or the Thairuamjai website.

I got my second AZ shot one month ago. But on Thairuamjai.com it still doesn't show a certificate (on the green button). However, on the other buttons on the website it shows that I have received two doses. Has anyone else had this issue? How to get the certificate showing up? Thanks J

Thailand’s new tourism promotional slogan for next year unveiled

Now that is the image that does (and has for many decades) attracted tourists to Thailand. -
I drove the new design CRV for one year. I was very disappointed indeed. Drank loads of gas. Bad handling. Terrible centre console set up. Honda sedans are good. Not the CRV. Toyota SUVs are better even if they're based on the Hilux truck

Unbelievable. How far is Thailand behind developed countries? A long way. -
Bit of a silly poll.... No option for fully vaccinated. (For what it's worth, I'm fully vaccinated with AZ, administered here in BKK)

Goodness. I'm working here and never have a free moment from 6am to 6pm. I pray for 20 mins to do some net surfing. -
16-year-old girl rescued from drowning in Pattaya swimming pool
JRG23 replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
Unfortunately in Thailand most parents don't bother. So sad to see on Thai news so many children drowning. It's a national problem - like driving - and like the latter doesn't receive any government priority. -
I agree. Unvaccinated people should be arrested and detained. Perhaps they should be executed. Shot. I haven't made up my mind yet.

PM vows to spend rest of year rebuilding the Thai economy and the country

Thai people never never accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Just not Thai style. Always someone else's fault.
