    No reason why the prices could not be based on BMI or some similar formula. Plus those who are found to have lied on their ticket application could be shamed and charged an additional fee at the airport weigh-in

    Depends what's in it. I had a guy try to charge me 200 bt for a brickweed joint in a Bangkok "dispensary" last year, so 20bt on the face of it sounds ok. Whats 10 bt at the end of the day anyway? you sound like a real miser "Thai sticks" far out man

    Don't they do multiple entry tourists visas any more? I never found them to be much hassle and they weren't that expensive as I remember

    Its not really aimed at those operating illegal businesses at all in my opinion. They obviously want to weed out a few troublemakers but to specify the countries concerned might jeopardise future relations with them, so nominating "illegal business operators" and other general ne'er do wells avoid that diplomatic issue.
