Human nature has not changed. The lies and deceptions have always been the same. What has changed significantly is the dissemination of information and our perception of the "bad" parts because they are so ubiquitously available.
Wow. That's a lot.
First 5 paragraphs seem to show a naivete of how governments work. They are biased towards the power, money, and influence - of course there will always be money for the military over citizens needs.
In the sixth paragraph you don't seem understand international trade or supply and demand. By letting the Chinese refine the gas rather than doing it domestically Russia helps balance it's trade deficit with China. Gas and oil prices were going up after Russia invaded whether it was USA or Martians selling it.
???????? clutch those pearls folks. Dahl was edited for questionable content by his publisher/editors before first volumes were ever published. The newest edits are some questionable fat-shaming lines edited by a word here and there. Ooooh scary ????
Ask Bernie if the media reports what politicians say with equal intensity and fervour.
Anyway there is mountains of evidence showing the MSM knew it was pushing lies about 9/11 and Iraq.
In my opinion a FAR WORSE crime than election lies.
I haven't really heard a substantive defence of the original topic of the defamation lawsuit's filings claims.
"But they are popular" is not a defence to the filing; "but they are only pundits" is not a defence; "but covid" is not a defence.
Seems like the faithful have learned well, just deflect and talk about anything else.
The problem extends through the MSM, not just Fox. Remove the profit motive, make network news advertiser free, "opinion" show free, and a requirement of licensing.
