OP, tell that to my friends wife. Got pregnant in the 1960's, unmarried at the time. Caught German measles and gave birth to a deaf,dumb and blind girl. The family have been through constant challenges all their lives. Bet she would have loved to have had the MMR vaccine. Read a story about a young mum, didn't believe in vaccines, whose baby got whooping cough. Scared crap out of her and she now believes in vaccines. Believe what you want. My kids are vaccinated as are theirs. Mind you scaring people away from vaccines is one way of reducing the population I guess. Perhaps that's the goal, who knows.
