I think all those Chonburi towns by the sea and the largest of them all is Pattaya, of course, including Sattahip, Rayong, Ban Bueng, Si Racha, etc. I like Jomtien suburb of Pattaya. I wonder why there is no McDonald? When I want to eat a fish-filet, my only favorite McDonald foods, I have to go to Tree Town.

Srettha Filing Defamation Lawsuit Against Chuwit

Lies not protected in Free Speech? In the USA all lies are protected by First Amendment and specifically political lies have guaranteed protection under the First Amendment. That will be Trump's defense in the Jan 6 indictment. However, the indictment is not about he telling lies but about he conspiring to commit crimes by telling lies. Here is an interesting aspect to that. When people were lying to their embassy to get income certification, it was protected under First Amendment unless Thai Government indicts the person in a US court for committing a crime by telling lies. Winning a case by the US government for telling lies, even under oath, is not easy in a US court. -
I believe people who are paying agents are doing great service to agents, their staff, and IOs, their families, etc. etc. I don't believe people who are paying agents are financially desperate. The prefer to invest their money where they could many more times than paying agents. It also helps IOs who are not fortunate enough to earn in dollars when dollar earners are desperate to live in his country.
-
I strongly believe this will never happen unless another crime is committed and it is case by case basis. The high officials all know that due no fault of IOs and agents they are not able to earn dollars and they need more compensation in cases where a person wants to avoid the money requirements. They may progressively make it difficult and more expensive, e.g. if an LTR type visa requirement is needed, agent fees may go as high as 100,000K for five year visa.

The average sugar baby in the USA will ask at least 2K and they are older more like late 20 or early 30. A college going 22/23 years old sugar baby will ask for 5K for an intimate date with a 63 year old man. It is really not that expensive. Some girls are in it for dining/entertainment only and will reject you after the entertainment. Finding a young girl in the USA for an old man is not cheap unless you want to pick up a street hooker and every city does not have street hookers. Escorts are asking for at least 300-500 USD for one hour.

You can get a sugar baby for $2K/month here who will sleep with you in her birthday suit for at least 15-day/month. Let's say other expenses are $1K USD for her. You will be left with $2K USD per month in saving compared to sugar babies in the USA, assuming you are dating one baby a month in the USA. So, for 6 month saving it's 12K USD or in ten years it's 120K. Assuming 7% rate, your 120K will be around $350K. You can delay your SS to 70 and collect another 25% more than your $3500 at FRA. Communication with your Thai sugar babies may not be at par with a USA sugar baby asking for 5K. A sugar baby asking for 5K can hold a conversation on at least two to three subjects but if you are into it for physical intimacy, Thailand is the place for your and that will lengthen your savings another decade maybe.

Only in Thailand. Research outside the area of expertise was confined to YouTube videos and some conspirator's imagination that other people proudly proclaimed as "I did my research", implying that they watched a few similar YouTube videos. In Thailand now academicians are engaged in similar type of research.

It's true that there a huge demand for people to live in Thailand. How many people travel 10,000 miles to find their brides? How many flee their homeland to seek refuge in a foreign land using retirement and "wife" visas, how many want to stay in Thailand using tourist visas and other form of temporary visas because of their meagre incomes in their home lands.

Here is a suggestion. Instead of drinking in the bar everyday, Get a lady from the bar to your condo and drink with her for a few hours while enjoying her silk smooth skin in her birthday suit and then entering through her heavenly gates a few times. How can one get bored with that?
