    i did have a other problem, went on CIPROBAY for 2 months, after 2 week on IV antibiotic and it did not clear !

    Went to see a specialist who give me OMNICEF and told me today problems , are antibiotic do not work as the should !

    Anyway you must be relive to be in good health again ..

    keep this way !

    Looking For A Programme Name

    Hi,

    I have to send a very big file (20 MB after zipping) to someone with a small mailbox. I also know there are programmes around that would allow me to cut the file into, say, 2 MB chunks that can be mailed separately and the receiver to puzzle it together without problem. Does anyone know what those programmes are called, because I want to google for a good one?

    An acquaintance of mine brings some Viagra from Cambodia for sale on the international market. Yesterday he and another guy was stopped in a police checkpoint close to the border with around 300 pills. They were arrested and brought to jail. The police want 100,000 THB for the bail.

    Any hints about what kind of sentence the might face? Or any tips of what they should do.

    Why from Cambodia? Is it cheaper than in Thailand?! People are weird! Why didn't this guy do his business from here? Or maybe I don't know and this kind of pill is no more available in Thailand?

    Because they sell fack viagra for 120-150 a box, this guys know it very well !

    However, I'm using an Epson Stylus Phot R210 and in the list of supported printers, there are two asterisks (**) written after the model, which means:

    ** - NOTE! It is impossible to reset ink counters by software methods on this printers.

    Use "ink freezer" function to maintain current ink level and "hot swap" to use refilled old cartridges.

    Or use additional device.

    I don't understand this note.

    Can it or can it not be reset??? I'm not a tech guy... sorry. :o

    He do not have any problem to reset the printer with the program.

    sadly my area is not cover for super Hi speed.

    I know i could cancel my account and reapply and get a new moden from them, but i prefer to get my own and not have to deal with them as much i can .

    i will look for a Dlink as soon as i have time .

    Thank you for your link, I did bring 9 years ago my futon from Australia with me, and really need to have a new one as it was 12 years old .

    I post few years ago about futon in Bangkok , did not get any replies.

    I ring the company www.bangkokfuton, and got a new mattress, did not get the frame as I already have one.

    I saw the futon and the frame, look cool if you want one extra comfortable bed in a small flat, easy to convert from sofa to bed!

    I have been sleeping a lot in hotels and out my place, but to tell you the truth only my futon , give me a good sleep !

    I find off course they futon different, much more comfortable to laid down and look at the television, but for sleeping I still miss mine , perhaps will take me longer to get accustomed to it ! the old one was cotton and wool .

    Anyway for people looking at futon, now we have a new place to look for !

    They do not have the ( WAG54G ) but they have the one showing in the picture .

    Generically speaking, you want a wireless unit that has both an ADSL gateway and router functionality built into it. LinkSys and DLink are two of the big names. There are many other brands that offer devices that accomplish the same thing.

    Here is a LinkSys model that has the features you require: LinkSys WAG200G Wireless-G ADSL2+ Router.

    According to their ad, Shop4Thai is selling the WAG200G for under 3,000 baht.

    Disclaimer: I am not advocating one brand or store over another. These are just examples of what you're looking for to suit your needs.

    Vista, Toshiba, Router,true Is So Horrible!

    Okay, I don't know which of the 4 (in the topic title) is the problem

    I've had many sleepless nights since Sunday night ever since I bought this new Toshiba laptop with pre installed Vista.

    First, couldn't connect to internet.

    After trying very hard to connect, I call up True Support and they say I have to change my modem to one of 3 models which are compatible for Vista.

    I buy one of their recommended 3 in Pantip yesterday (Zyxel P660-T1) and spend so much time trying to get it to fix until I give up and call True again.

    True technician comes and says that the modem I got (which was recommended by True over the phone) is not compatible with Vista

    I go back to Pantip today and return it (luckily, they gave me back my money), and then I go back to True shop and refer me to some IT guy. He says I have to get yet another modem model available only near BTS Ari, and so I go there (Astra Co.).

    At Astra Co., they give me a modem (Billion 5200S) and say it will work just fine with Vista.

    I connect again tonight, and still the same error comes out. But this time, it "sorta" worked for a while on a few websites (like MSN) and then went dead again eventually.

    I have no problems using my PC with XP with the same True connection.

    Is it really that horrible to get a new toshiba/OS Vista/Modem??? :D

    Am I doing something wrong? Please suggest, but remember I'm not a tech guy so please use "ordinary" language... :o

    Hello Simcity,

    Nothing wrong with a Linksys WAG54G router, personally I'm not the biggest fan of Linksys. But that is mostly based on personal feelings, others may love the user interface.

    In the price range of 2000 Baht there are many different brand names available and the Linksys WAG54G is for me in the top five product range of choice.

    it is hard to find ( LINKSYS ) , only one in the center i went today, and it was in a open box .. few Dlink there, as it is not urgent , i am looking at all aspect ! I saw you sugest the D-link DSL-2640T router , is that a LAN too and wireless ? easy to set up with TRUE ?

    next week will look in pantip for my final choice. My Tera did not crash the last few day .... :o
