Aren't Lufthansa still running scheduled services?

Condor flights earlier this morning BKK-FRA one way 06 April USD109.99.
If that is one of the repatriation charters, the final cost will be well above that.

The above flights will only be carrying passengers on the outbound leg, so folk currently in the UAE, and will return to Dubai with freight only.

Specially low price. The economy fare for 3 April is quoted as THB 55,530 (about EUR 1,552.00)
The flight being discussed is a rescue flight chartered by the French government, not a regular scheduled flight.

no one from the uk is stuck in thailand.
Agreed and that was my point, but with so much uneducated bleating going on one might start to think otherwise.

do they not do one-way for 15k?
I never looked for the price of a one way ticket. Probably more than 15K I would guess.

I'm with those who say it's still simple to get to the UK, and not overly expensive. Here's a current offer with KLM (leaving Sunday 5th), fairly reasonable timings, and it includes a return later in the year. Add 1,500 baht each way if you want a hold bag.

They "should have left"? What does that even mean?
The crisis had already started and travel restrictions were being put in place worldwide. With a bit of forward thinking, anyone who couldn't, or didn't want to, stay in country for a few months should have left. There were plenty of opportunities at the time, some of which still remain.

Got my visa extended today, but only by 20 days.
From your previous posts, I think that would have made you almost a week overdue? Was this brought up?

Been back through the thread and can't find them. Can you give me a post number or a new link?

The original HDD in the laptop works absolutely fine. When the SSD is inserted to replace it, "no bootable device"
I would repeat the cloning process. Do you have a link to the instructions you used?

If the OP is using the latest version of Macrium Reflect, did he pay for it? The last time I looked (about 6 months ago), a lot of the popular disk/partition cloning software, including Reflect, allows you to copy standard disks and partions for free but cloning boot or o/s disks/partitions requires the paid version.
I used Macrium for the first time ever just a couple of months ago to clone my boot hard drive to solid state drive. Worked fine and was free.
OP. If you go back to the original HD, does it boot up OK?

Last night I was trying to find an image on Image Google.
I tried to change some country of origin settings to Germany.
Wherever you made that change needs undone.

Looks the same as mine but mine is not greyed out - what happens if you hover the cursor over it? What about "Privacy" and "Terms" next to it?
-
Does it have some Thai writing in the box too? If so, use Google translate to decipher it, or put a screenshot here and someone will do it for you.

no brother, couldnt go .. our country (turkmenistan) closed even earlier around beginning Feb.. by that time i didnt even know that it closed border and flight canceled ...
is there any other way not to go to that crowded immigration? If you're not already due, wait a few days and you could find the rules change again so no visit is necesssary.
-
Are you sure it's greyed out? It doesn't have a background box to turn grey. You only know you're on it when an underline appears below the word in Win10 (I know you're Win7).
-
"Germany" in the bottom left means it thinks that's where you are, hence it's offering it in German too? Are you there or are you using a VPN that would make it think so? I'm not sure if it's related to the settings issue or not. Here's another link to get directly into the settings:

Regular flights today with Finnair, Qatar, Aeroflot and EVA. KLM, Lufthansa and Swiss (?) still offering limited service.

If you pen the website now there is no banner stating all flights are suspended/cancelled in fact it just invites you to book for flights.
At the top of the home page every time I go to the site recently.

This part is now incorrect I believe. It's been reported elsewhere that the time period is 15 to 0 days now and I can see it on the website example.

I think on Thursday when the government ban expires we'll see a lot more flights including travel to Dubai and transit onwards.
