Sounds from your previous post that you entered Phrakhanong District instead of Klong Toei District followed by Phrakhanong Sub District. That would also explain the Bang Chak option appearing as it's a Sub District in Phrakhanong District.

Do you have a source for this? Other country's rules I have encountered included transiting in a "red list" country, where you left the plane and new passengers could board, as a rule for exclusion. As mentioned above there probably won't be many, if any, potential transit countries which could be a problem, but it might be handy to have the official rule available in case something changes.
