Yes. It's been mentioned by many posters that they can't get it to work and the developer has said an update is expected soon. It's not a "only in Thailand" issue. There's a couple of unofficial links going around to access the new version but if you're not in a hurry just wait until it's officially released.

Even if they accept the authenticity (a basic developer could rustle up a copycat in no time) that's not what's currently in question. The UK Gov has said it is only accepting vaccines administered under approved programs. Thailand's program is not approved. It's not the vaccine going into arms that doesn't pass muster it's the vaccine program, which encompasses all stages including the actual jab. The medical infrastructure is only part of that program and there are lots of areas where Thailand could well fall short.

There's still something unusual about your process. The regular procedure I'm aware of is to instigate the transfer at Wise who then tell you how much to send along with where to send it. You're process describes sending the money to Wise first. When you say "a normal sterling account" are you talking about an account with Wise or was that your sending account? In your second step "Then I sent the same money from Wise to my Kasikorn account here" do you tell them in baht or in GBP? There's just something odd about your process compared to years of TW post discussions, and I'm sure it works as you say, but it would be good to understand what's different for you from what is expected.

I have only read of a trial being undertaken in Phuket. Have you seen something more widespread than this?

You don't say what nationality you, your wife or kids are, or where you're travelling from, all of which would help, but for some sandbox entrants you could ask them to check IATA database which states: This screenshot is from the public interface here and Qatar will have access to the official airline version which should contain the same information. https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/world.php The qualifiers of nationality, origin etc precede the bit I've pasted here.

More than just the documentation, it is being satisfied that the whole vaccination program, from procurement, handling and storage, distribution, record keeping etc etc meets satisfactory standards. This is not the default position and some checks or proofs will be required. I don't imagine this can be done quickly, and it will need the UK to lessen it's requirements or it will be some time before vaccinations administered under the Thai program will be acccepted.

CAAT said it was possible way back in March this year, but I've never heard of anyone actually doing it. If possible, I imagine it would need a through ticketed itinerary and I don't even know if any airline offers these yet. I tried a couple of Star Alliance airlines as I thought they would be most likely, but couldn't find anything. https://www.caat.or.th/en/archives/56377

Rules have changed from 1st October and only 7 days sandbox is required before travelling to other provinces if fully vaccinated.
