    Oh dear. How many people, over the years, have been found guilty in a court of law only to be found totally innocent years later? Courts are not fool proof. They can only judge a case by the evidence put before them.

    Fighting roosters are valuable livestock. Hence why they are kept in a cage or on a leash. They're taken everywhere by their owners to prevent theft. Pure and simple.

    Any stamp in ones passport is a visa. An extension of stay is a visa giving permission to stay.

    Thanks. I've renewed my passport twice since living in Thailand and have never once had to fill out a 'Transfer stamp to new passport form'.

    No form to fill out at Buriram IO. I was asked for 400 Baht but I refused to pay.

    But the form you filled in didn't carry an ID number signifying as to its purpose which is standard procedure at government offices in Thailand. All it said was TM.

    Did you pay a fee when having your stamp transferred?

    All legit immigration forms have an ID number such as TM30, TM47. TM6 etc. The above form doesn't seem to have this notification and I can only assume it's a scam worked by the office to obtain a fee?

    Walk in. No form filling. Stamp transfer is a free service. If asked for money you ask for a receipt.
