  1. I've been in Thailand 3+ years as a "tourist". They fact that they didn't kick me out means one of two things: (1) Either it's not so easy to kick someone out and they don't wanna take the trouble or (2) they're okay about my being here 3 years as a "tourist" as long as I don't work here or do anything illegal.
  2. What does "in a row" mean? If you left for one day and returned, is it considered "in a row"?
  3. Yes, it's called falsifying the evidence and is a crime. They can do that, but what if you file a complaint and they get caught? Big Joke would be happy to bust a couple more unscrupulous immigration officers.
  4. Stand your ground and don't be easily intimidated by the boys (and girls) in brown. They have no legal grounds to deny you entry if you meet the 3 requirements (cash, hotel, tickets). You never overstayed, you are not blacklisted. Everything they say about "staying in Thailand too much" is pure intimidation. I've been in Thailand 3+ years as a "tourist" and they tried to intimidate and give me sh*t countless times. I know all their tricks.
  5. But they survive somehow. They buy food, booze, which is not cheap.
  6. Being homeless in Thailand is not about not having money, as the cheapest rooms are just 1000-2000 baht per month. It's about mental illness. A lot of homeless people in Thailand suffer from schizophrenia or similar disorders.
  7. They are not Nazis and you are not a criminal. You didn't do anything wrong. I'm 99% sure they will let you in.
  8. But to be honest, I'm thinking about "purchasing" an ED visa. It would cost not much more than border bounces over a year.
  9. Been on visa exempt entries since covid ended. The Russian passport allows unlimited land border entries due to the bilateral agreement with Thailand. On the flip side, we don't get a 30-day extension on a visa exempt entry, so I need to do border bounces every month.
  10. I've been in Thailand 3+ years on covid extensions and multiple visa exempt entries, and wanna try my luck getting a SETV at Vientiane too during my next border run. If denied, no problem, will come back the same day via the Friendship bridge.
  11. I don't see any reasons why a SETV would be denied since he didn't have any from that consulate. Visa exempt entries are irrelevant.
  12. Can you name some of its flaws? I have a Xiaomi Redmi too, and it does have a couple of annoying flaws or defects.
  13. You can get monthly extensions with a letter from your embassy based on the war situation.
  14. If a foreigner married a Thai ladyboy, isn't it clear that they did this because they love each other, not as an "easy" way to stay in Thailand?
  15. As the winner Move Forward Party is promising soon same sex marriage legalization, can we expect that it will open a new way for the marriage visa? ????
