    I believe they stopped doing cash advance on debit cards. So maybe they told you the truth.

    To be honest, a tuk tuk driver asked just some 30% more than the Grab fare, which is pretty fair (no pun intended). And I'm sure he could've gone down to 600 if she had been willing to negotiate.

    There are a lot of Russian musicians, artists and other media figures who are openly against the war. But of course they had to give up the ability to live and work in Russia.

    There is a huge resistance movement in Russia too. However, most of them were forced to leave Russia under the threat of persecution.

    I wonder how much of the 1 million baht price is gold and how much the design. Gold can't be that expensive unless it's a super heavy and thick bracelet

    People may not wear a shirt for a number of reasons, one of them being water-splashed by some other bugger

    You don't need a week-long water-splashing madness for that. One or two days would be enough. Over a week, even tourists get bored and annoyed.

    Actually people spend less during the water-splashing week. They either play water or stay in their rooms. Normal tourist activities are disrupted.

    There was no water splashing in 2020, 2021 and 2022. What a happy time!

    I personally totally hate it. Especially water splashing after the sunset.
