I believe cash should be banned in all countries I want every kroner of income taxed and every satang of purchases subject to VAT if appropriate. I hear "should have said heard or read" most business in Stockholm do not accept cash. Is that incorrect information. I have only been to Göteborg airport.

A tourist lady dragged me to "Asiatique" once. I ate what was the most expensive and simultaneously blandest Thai food I have ever here. True. Everyone needs a place to live. I could have rented a similar unit for 8 years for the purchase price of my condo. I have owned it a lot longer than that guess I got lucky. Not sure how easy to sell it would be.

I only had problems after my condo was renovated and I fell for the "rent your condo" when you are not home scam. The management gave me one or two days credit per month when it was constantly used. I know what was going on because my Thai freind on the same floor confirmed.

Good for you I bought used Thai condo. After staying in a borrowed room sevral times 2 doors down in high season and low season. Still I never ever invested more than I could afford to lose.
