Is Cambodia still business as usual in regards to tourism? They're still allowing organized groups?

10 Police officers is a bit ridiculous.
You have absolutely no clue what it takes to apprehend someone who is high on meth/yaba and wants to fight.
I do like those shepherds crooks they are using.

Delay op, don’t Travel. 101 of disease control : assume everyone is infected and act accordingly
Yes. Is it critical or can you wait 30 days?
I'm surprised hospitals haven't closed to all but emergencies and covod-19 treatment.

If its what I think it is, it is supposed to hold a disposable filter in between the 2 layers.
Go to lazada and look for "PM2.5 mask filters" and you will see the filters for sale.
Definitely hand wash in cold water with soap, dry in sun. Do not microwave, you don't want to melt or shrivel-up the poly.

I believe the original intent was to limit the number of "browsers" hanging out inside the markets and just have them there for food, meds and TP.

Further down same paragraph 599 cases confirmed up 188 from 22/03
and 1 death only .. the same it has been for weeks .. yet other countries mortality numbers are rising daily once it has a grip on their communities .. Sceptical doesn't adequately cover the lack of acceptance of that figure ..
Well, we know that reported mortality rate has been ~1% or more in other countries, so 599 cases and only one death in Thailand... must mean Thailand has the best healthcare!

Great! Go back to your villages and hunker down with your parents and grandparents!
Get far away from the big cities, best hospitals & Western-trained medicos so the Junta won't have to wait in line when they get covid-19!

In other words, the infected people didn't catch the virus while enjoying a day at the beach, under the sun.
Who told you this?
Remember the news about all the college kids partying during Spring Break in Florida?
Now they're returning to school and TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID-19.

Note that Germany has an extremely low death rate from The Virus - a third of one percent - compared with some other countries with a lot of cases.
This is because they have one of the best health care systems in the world. Germany can afford to give excellent care to all of their infected, but if this crisis continues to grow to the point of overwhelming their healthcare, you will see death rates rise to match global figures.
They must be at a tipping point, which would explain the announcement of such a draconian rule.

So any fat lardie with high blood pressure and diabetes, who smokes, boozes daily and lives on a diet of fried food, needs only to eat garlic, ginger, onions, turmeric and a handful of aspirin will boost their immune system enough to beat a covid-19 infection, especially if they think positively!
Wow, and here I thought proper nutrition, regular cardio and strength training along with plenty of rest was the key! How could I have been so wrong?

Yes, as a kid, I always saw people using kerosene to keep mosquitoes away from open water.
Bleach works, but it evaporates really quickly so you'll need to check it daily.

Hey, better to look good than to feel good! At least they'll die well-tanned!
But seriously, who wasn't stupid and invincible in their twenties?
That's why strict enforcement is always needed in an emergency.

Of course the games should go on!
Japan's already spent US$26 billion preparing for it!
Think of all the corporate sponsors who have spent tens of millions, as well as the television networks in danger of losing hundreds of millions!
Oh the humanity!

The two rifles in the middle look like converted air/pellet guns but the shotgun and at least the pistol on left look legit.

Just like Europe did after WWI(Treaty of Versailles) Germany paid big price in land and gold for starting WWI. This virus is no different than starting a war.
Penalty: Elimination of all trade deficit with China : THIS IS WHAT WILL TEACH THEM A LESSON.
They took Tibet, East Turkmenistan started SARS and free world did NOTHING !!.
PRC has no respect for anything that free world stands for!!!!
Um yeah, OK.
The ICC has enforcement powers somewhat less than the League of Nations did in the 1930s. Their rulings and enforcement only work if the country agrees to follow the verdict.
You really think China will say "Sorry 'bout that, let us write a check for the damages! "
Besides, you really don't understand how globalized trade and finances are. Until nations build up alternative manufacturing and supply chains, China remains the factory for the entire world.

I'm in Silicon Valley right now and most people are taking everything seriously, but there still fools running about treating this like a holiday and likely extending the infection rate.
No riots and people are using social media to communicate when something like TP is available at a local store. People have organized to help keep seniors and disabled supplied with food deliveries.
Free covid-19 testing has started and of those tested, less than 10% of tested are showing positive.
Whatever you think you may know from the news, I'd rather be in California right now than in Thailand.
(btw, and I hate living in CA, and I realize things will get worse before getting better in the US)
