    Interesting early game in the PL this weekend. Forest vs Man City. If City win then expect them to go on another good end of season run & finish at least third. Who knows, they could still catch The Gunners. If Forest were to win however, that really could cement CL football for them next season.

    People were apparently filling the forms in differently regards KBank a while ago. Some were living in Thailand more than 180 days, but because they had no Thai TIN they were just saying they're a tax resident of their home country and giving a tax number. NI no in the case of some UK citizens.

    I played for a decent Sunday league team for many years coached by an ex Gillingham professional & former manager of Dartford & Tonbridge. Because of his contacts my team played against Spurs, West Ham, Charlton & Brighton academy sides. I've played at The Valley, Preston, Gills & many non-league grounds. You're right.     Watched the highlights on YT. Orient score a very good goal, and then Charlton score from 2 corners both in stoppage time. That's football sometimes. FA Cup: Just need City to lose at Cherries in QF & then there would be an interesting final between 2 less likely sides.

    FATCA is for US citizens. CRS is for non US citizens. It's possible that you're a tax resident of Thailand and have no TIN, and you're not a tax resident of your home country anymore. The KBank form wanted you to give a reason why you don't have a Thai TIN, such as no income & savings prior to 2024.

    I sent a letter to UK last November normal mail from BK & it took 12 days. Seems it's the luck of the draw. Not good.

    They need info such as where you are tax resident & tax numbers so surely just a signature wouldn't suffice.

    Some KBank account holders received forms while others didn't. It's going to be the same for BK Bank. What's the criteria for receiving the forms?

    So one visa agency (in Pattaya) told you that they can't 'assist financially' for the time being or that all agencies cannot.

    I Googled this and someone on Reddit 3 months ago said foreigners can no longer have a new card. Only locals can. Foreigners now need to down the MRT app and register. No idea if this is true.

    Maybe they are not issuing new cards. I did read recently that plans were underway to have a new card that can be used on the MRT, BTS & public buses. Didn't say when this would be however.

    I don't use their services, but I'm on Thai Visa Center's mailing list. Received an email from them saying despite some agencies having problems in the Pattaya region it's 'business as usual' for us. We are still able to assist retirees from Chiang Mai down to Phuket. (I don't know if they ever obtain extensions from Jomtien though)
