I try and train 5 days a week, ( I am 53 and in good health). I use a mixture of TRX and Bodylastics (resistance bands), and do CV work either running around a lake near me (weather permitting) or static bike. If you are older than this and have health worries I would recommend Bodylastics (very cheap on Lazada), easy to set up anywhere, it will exercise every muscle group, and you can set your own resistance (kilograms), good for flexibility and to keep muscles from atrophying, also is easy on the joints. Example training programme: Mon Back and Biceps and 15k static bike Tue Chest and Triceps and 5k run Wed Shoulders and Legs Thurs Rest day upper body 20k static bike or 5k run Fri Repeat from the top.. I do the above programme but 85% of the time it is with TRX not bodylastics. As I say this is just an example you can adjust it around to suit your health conditions/age. Always go and get checked out by your Doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.

Mary Poppins film age rating raised over 'discriminatory language' Just saw this on the bbc UK news...unbelievable..... also a sub article at the bottom of the page Watership Down (the kids cartoon version) would have it's age classification raised because of 'strong violence' and 'unacceptable language'...... Some people out there really do need to get a life.....they must just spend their life trawling the internet looking for things to be offended by...pathetic... https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-68402362 https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-35924936

Pit Bull Breeder Killed by his own dogs
Martin71 replied to steven100's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
If pit bulls are so friendly and lovable.. 'would not hurt a fly' / 'would lick you death' / is great with kids.... then why are they banned in so many countries..???? Are hundreds of dog experts around the world wrong ..and don't know what they are on about..?? A couple of blokes on AN are obviously much more knowledgeable.. So why are they banned in so many countries.. could it be because they are bred for aggressiveness and can cause catastrophic and often fatal injuries very quickly..?? -
Nope... I still have you miles ahead....

I don't have an answer for you (sorry) but if you do get it working could you post details about where you got the machine, cost, delivery and dimensions, is it big enough to run on without shortening your stride?? etc, as this looks like something I have been after for a while... many thanks. Martin.
