Hello Chaps, I'm thinking of popping up to KK for a few days after Christmas and stay till about 02/03 Jan. I have read a few threads about KK but most of them are pre - covid. I read the nightlife is around the Pullman Hotel..... does anyone have up to date info on reasonable hotels ( around 1,000 b per night) and bars in that rough area..... any info greatly appreciated Thanks in advance gents....

Used Korat small bus station to Mor Chit couple of months ago... big busses.. just got a load of new ones... never more than about 12 people on them (room for about 30-40). At least 2 companies doing this route..

Maybe helpful maybe not, but I know there is a 24 hr service from the smaller bus station in Korat to Mor Chit ... So I imagine it would be the same Mor Chit to Korat 24 hr

I think it's because of some of the newish poster's on here... argumentative, pedantic, and bickering put people off replying... I see an interesting topic but I don't bother scrolling through 30 rubbish posts by the same person to see one post that is , entertaining,informative or amusing...

Might be worth phoning them and asking if you can get a 2 month 'Under Consideration' stamp..this would give you until 23rd Jan to report back to IO, then you would be able to get a single entry, re-entry permit stamped into your passport when you go IO on 23rd Nov for renewal. For some reason my last under consideration stamp was for two months (i have know idea why)
