Multi stage RO filter systems are very cheap and work very well - you have several gallons in storage tank - it may not look the best but it does the job. Would strong reading glasses be a better option? They are available at most supermarkets/stores and can be tried in store (take some fine print). Only cost a few baht. Edit: have found most cheap magnifying glasses sold on platforms to be less than useful for anything.

Water flow is same as normal above tank water units - it pumps water into the normal cooler storage tank. Pump normally starts after you get a glass of water and only lasts a couple seconds.

Having had a SS Standard - cooler only - for about a decade found it very reliable. But as bottles became heavy (or we got older) found the bottom storage type much better and have had for about 2 years now - plastic yes but black and seems to be holding up very well. Hot and Cold and very easy to change bottles. Both h/c can be switched on/off. Edit: have RO filter so use two bottles and fill ourselves - easy to push across floor with foot rather than carry. Do not use the heater as have Tefal pot for that. One caution if buying Stainless Steel unit - be sure you have RCBO protection as electric/water/steel is not a good combination.

Other than for joint tax it should be be required. If a joint tax return is an advantage (perhaps not for SS) then ITIN is filed with tax return (it can not be obtained at any time as was the case previously). In my experience the partial vacuum of no vent at toilet exit causes slow drain/backup - the toilet bowl water will still prevent smells unless it does not empty.

Actually septic tanks are vented but toilet itself may not be - but gray water is normally not sent to septic tanks so what comes up drains is the gray water system smells.

As said above almost all drains, if they have a trap at all, will be of the type above so work well if water does not dry out or too much hair makes cup go above water line. If cleaned properly and have water they work well to prevent smells. And it is an easy install for pipes that do not have any trap.
