Just flown with Thai to Manchester return and will not be doing so again, reason I did this time is because they where cheapest, guess it's true, you get what you pay for! Traditional long established medical interventions didn't appear to help much with Thaksin's prison stay so maybe some fluffy AI bot to whisper him sweet nothings might have made him feel better You can get a simple ecg in prison you can do a simple blood test to rule out many things in prison, you can give a simple sleeping pill for somebody with insomnia, antidepressants for mental health and other simple medication to lower blood pressure What you don't normally need to do is get a helicopter to fly you to a luxury hospital wing at 3 in the morning for any of this In summary simple paramedicine primary and emergency care and routine medical interventions don't appear to work for some in Thailand so maybe the AI bot would but you know what I really don't think many are that gullible...
