You will need the right visa and other documentation. No criminal record. You will have to start at the bottom and work up if no teaching experience. It's hard work and not easy for someone at pensionable age. It's not exciting and you're always carrying a cold. I found it tough trying to get through to 32, 5 and 6 year Olds of varying standards. Good luck if you are serious. You need to be.

There are many mixed sex volleyball teams around or were in my competitive days playing. I actually played in 2. Women seemed to be better in some areas of the sport, but not in spiking or blocking due to their height generally. However if teams are of one sex, then that is what they should be. Women against women and men against men. That has to be the case in all sports.
