I'll agree with everything but red meat. So many people doing great things on carnivore diet with strictly red meat. -

Best overall advice given here. Although I disagree with the "metabolism doesn't slow", and the Running. Sprints are fine...but also be aware you are beating the hello out of your knees. It works great, but there is a price to pay. So, it's a choice there. Replace with resistance training at a gym while in fasted state imho. If you can replace dairy...do it. Almond milk is really quite tasty replacement. It will help. Skim milk is not better than whole milk in most studies either. So drink your whole if you are gonna drink it. Reason is, proper fats and proteins are your friends in health and diet. Sugar is truly the devil, and a root cause of many later in life health problems. Stevia and that is helpful at first...but I find they cause hunger desires to pop, and truly aren't TOO helpful in satisfying me. But this is personal opinion. (I do use it on french toast if I splurge on carbs). For my sweet tooth, I keep around dark chocolate that is over 80% caoco. AND I have a protein shake I find enjoyable that is only 1 carb and 120 calories. So I can have these as I please (and they take care of hunger). That's another item...eliminate carbs as much as possible. Bread, pizza, rice, pasta. etc. At least during your weight loss period. it is much easier to maintain weight than lose weight. But that doesn't mean lose all the good habits once you reach desired goal. If you can...and this is a bit of mental torture for some...fast for 3 days. KIlo's will melt off. It's actually beneficial health wise too. Do 36 hour fast once a week too (til you get where you want). It's not calorie deficit. It's total fasting save water and black coffee if you want. When fasting your body will burn fAT for fuel. If you feed it even a little, it stops the fat burning. So if you do it , go all in for that period of time you are fasting. Eating everyday for 6 hours should not be considered "starving yourself" Your labido will increase naturally during all this too. You'll find more energy, and clearer head. Choose when YOU like to eat best. Some people like morning eating better. Some like the afternoon like this quoted poster. I prefer fasting til 2;30, then workout, then come home and eat BIG healthy meal. nap. Eat more after (but usually less healthy foods for my enjoyment...but I've already filled my belly pretty good). So Im not eating til 5pm or after this way. This way I can always be social and go out to dinner with others, and I can have alcohol (not beer) as it's in my calorie window. It does not affect me at all. And I can eat/drink til I go to bed basically. However, I don't recommend during losing fat period of the dieting. Goodluck man. If all this is too complicated...plain old fasting is simple . Works faster than anything, is healthy... SUPER simple...Just not easy. Althought losing kilos quick helps change your mindset pretty fast ???? -
Under the government in place., yes he was a criminal. He was crucified for treason. This is not disputed in history. He spoke and fought for what was right, and much of what he did were crimes against the laws of the land. And that fact does not erase him as the savior.
-
but here on earth he was a known and prosecuted criminal by the authority in charge. I think you are missing the factual happenings of history here. The Romans did not crucify him to justify his actions. They did it because he broke laws. This does not change anything from the Bible and Jesus' purpose in doing what he did for his people.

that is almost the entire world after social media and smartphones met. the world is more melting pot. New music is almost all hip hop/ r and B US flavored in all countries now, along with dress...but accesorized to the native country. As are the same morals trying to be pushed across the globe. And things are rapidly changing. The USA cancel culture is frightening. They are going after anyone that's made a mistake once in their life, or even barely mistakes. Gruden just lost his job for mocking people in private emails. Good thing Jesus not born now, he'd just be a criminal (he was one then too actually). And canceled into shame.

However, cables, screens, batteries, I'll head here first. Especially after other place wanted computer for 10 days. they said 1-2 hour on site. -

Imagine if your polio vaccine worked so well. I'd be on my 112th shot and would have only had it 8 to 10 times already in my life.
