  1. I'm not in any way arguing that this is moral for someone to do, It is NOT. but this is an argument against what somoene else said is not human nature. It was only 120 years ago that humans in the most civilized societies had a life exptectancy to age 40. It was normal and quite natural for females to be married at 12 and be birthing at age 13 or 14. If we did not do that as a species for 1000's of years we wouldn't have survived. Especially since the younger you are the more easily you bounce back, and the more you children you can have (to beat the odds of many kinds of early death). It's only since distribution of food and medicine have we been able to extend our lives and view those ages as strictly children in the microscope of today's exptected life expectancy of near 80. Taking out 10'000's of years of human nature takes a little time. Even in the 50's it was ok to marry a girl in her mid teens. Remember, this in the terms of the macro sense has been but a blink of an eye. Biological food for thought
  2. Biden just said it's immoral to stop elementary school kids to switch genders if they please. Not a joke. National TV.
  3. It breaks my heart that I wasn't there when her heart attack happened. I'm always home and she was always next to me. Maybe if I was there I could have gotten her help soon enough as she wasn't old. Or at least she been comforted having me near at the end instead of alone. Odd how we push human qualities to our pets isn't it?
  4. ok. that might put the back in the running. On their site they say we have to come back personally to pick up the remains. 1 hour each way (with no traffic) and the resulting gouging taxi fairs make it less attractive than if I can find something in central area (or the Na Klua WAt if they offer small service).
  5. That's what we are looking for. What WAT did you attend? Na Klua seems to be the only one mentioned here or by Vet
  6. aw. I thought that might be a local link when I clicked it.
  7. Yes, the gf would like something more like this. It's a little more soothing than dropping off a box at the hospital and leaving. She was a loved family member and will be treated as so in death as in life. is there a way to find a LINE id or phone number or something where I can get information on how to arrange? (or maybe you even have more precise location) or how do I research WATS local to me?
  8. No. I am a renter in a condo complex. Yes. It would be nice to have a permanant grave like that to visit when it strikes me. Luckily we live in the digital age and have 100's of pictures and videos of her. She should have had another good 8-12 years easy. So sad. And we have 4 cats. 3 are "cats" but this one was a family member who was a shadow. Not to say I wouldn't be saddened if one of the others passed away. But this one was one of those rare one's that seemed to have cognizant intelligence and gave actual love back.
  9. Awaiting queue for license. And no longer simple 500 baht fine. looked again, and it was 20 kilometers. And hey, thanks for the sympathy.
  10. Hi. Our furry family member had a totally unexpected heart attack and passed away last night. She should have had another good 12-15 years to live so this has been devastating to the family. Had no signs of illness. Anyways, what are my options in town here in Pattaya. Close to Central/ Pratamnuk preferred. So far I've found Thai Pet Center. Which seems nice, but is over 15 kilometers away and we'll have to visit twice. Really that's the only negative I see with them. Also the most expensive, but wouldn't care if they were only 5 kilometers away Other option is the hospital, which seems a little cold. I'm also told the temple in Jomtien does this. But have no info on what that would be like or what we'd do for that if anyone can share information on that here in the forum. Thank you for your help in advance.
  11. Only place I ever seen that, even in the United States, was an old warehouse building that was converted into apartments/condos. Ceilings and floors were cement and thick and walls brick. Once you closed your door, you could hear nothing, and people right outside your door could not hear you even if you were throwing a full blown concert.

  14. the store is called supercheap that sells the drugs? I am much too far to visit. But prices here for that box is 750
  15. I mistook amount you taking. Following someone else's protocol they shared here that helped them was. taking 3 daily and 5mg finasteride every other day. I do not know his weight, which plays a part in dosage . I"m not sure, but I think it requires long term usage for full effects.
  16. If your pee is still hurting, you more than likely have scarred your urethra is my guess. Vocin 500 is good, it is mid tier, 2nd generation levofloxcin. Should be able to get 5 for 250 or less. do 5 days, if still have bladder pain, add an additional 5 day per my doctor. If I were you, based on your symptoms, I would have gotten general test for your woman and both taken the STD shot. 7 days of doxy plux levofloxacin. I like you have only my sexual partner , but kept getting it. Turns out she had it, even though first doctor said she did not. So I took her to my doc and it came to that she had bacteria. And be careful with the doxazosin...that should be SLOWLY to the level you are taking right off the bat. You can cause yourself a lot of problems if you don't build your bodies tolerance to that drug. Goodluck.
  17. Everybody has to raise prices this year due to the faux shutdown of 2 years with the planned inflation. However, yes I'm a little miffed at all the places raising 50% on anything because it's a round number. Ie i get chicken and it was 10 baht per piece and now it's 15. Nothing on it's own, but I order 20 a time. Realistically they could all do pretty good and make additional profit raising just 20% imo. Oh well. It's what the governments wanted. We are stuck with it now. and oh. Yeah, you almost have to find a good massuesse, not place*. they all give them differently and the same shop you can have multiple different experiences. *this does not include teh blind shops you are talking about. I will have to check one of those out one time.
  18. Saying you are annoyed with something specific doesn't mean you are trying to throw the baby out with the bathwater. It simply means something irks him. We are human. We all have our own pet peeves.
  19. I wish that was helpful for the one's that ambush us on the motorbike turning corners...where they fly out of bushes. Always gives me a startle, even knowing where it might be coming. Sometimes forget about it completely. Sometimes they nip my rider. I don't understand why the condo management don't clear them out down there. I am in a a little section of 2 soi with one connector at the back. So a long U up to the main street. and connector that they roam is very short. I really don't understand why they wouldn't push these dogs out if I was running the condo's.
  20. @ubonjoe or @DrJack54 do you know a way I can check without going to immigration? *I've never reported online or had to do a report myself before
  21. "How to make $7000 in 48 hours while partying In Pattaya, with no money down, no experience, and no work." I think this is a course sold somewhere
  22. I"m surprised they did not out the bar. Guessing envelope kept that big fact from going public by owner?
