Doesn't appear to be a security freeze but 'inactive'. In the UK as a non Resident it would be tax free Then when you remit to Thailand you'd pay income tax. IF you had stablecoins pre-2024 or the asset was invested in from savings pre-2024 then those funds to the value or the value of the principle are tax free in Thailand.
