I highly recomend you living somewhere beside Pattaya...

Has anyone been to the beach in the last few years durning the Day time? Did you see any thing missing?.........O like.......People...... They cut down all the shade trees and removed all the seatting to get rid of the riff-raff.......And yes the riff-raff is gone along with almost everyone else in the daylight hours.....Because it HOT HOT there..... The beach USE TO BE a lovely place to hang out during the day time.... But the working girls proved very resilient and contiuned to go there at night..... The Powers that BE dream of having a beach that is sterilized and mostly devoid of people 24 hours a days.....They would love to see no one go to the beach EVER...You see then there could be no more crimes on the beach if no one went there..... Unfortunately for them as long as there is money to be made on beach road there will be girls there......Its been that way for the last 50 years and it will be that way for the next 50 years....

Forget all your ideologies..... The powers that BE never give up their power willingly.... There is some thing cooking behind the scens now.... I agree 100% what you say about big C extras prepared food.....It was really cheap for a very long time but in the last year or so its been getting more and more expensive.....Donuts, muffins, noodles dishes....All of it...... The plain Donuts were like 45-50 baht for 8, for a looooong time, but no more....

Big C Extra before they went Hi-so and EXPENSIVE was fantastic..... They had good meat at very very reasonable prices.... Now I almost never see anyone buy beef there,I have NEVER not once seen a Thai person buy any of their beef since they went Hi-so....

I pay 10,000 a month for a pretty nice condo in Pattaya.....With 350,000 Baht a month I could rent 35 of my condos in Pattaya... Villa, Phuket, swimming pool, beach view....Who cares......350,000 is a crazy price to ask.....The only people who will pay this are the very very rich or clueless suckers.....

How about the jet-ski scam that went on for decades....That recived Vast media coverage...How was that possible? Yet it went on and on... I peronally think many/most of these gold chain stories are scams but but not all of them..

There are 4358 weed shops https://weed.th/ in Thailand... I bet more like 6000-7000.....Plus loads of growers and online sellers... There are rental contracts, emplyees, taxes, loans, suppliers to be paid etc etc etc.... Point is HUGE numbers of people have invested every thing they have into this.. It CAN NOT BE SHUT DOWN fast...Maybe a slow slow shut down over 2-4 years might be possible....But any shutdown faster than this is not possible without paying out $$$$$$ in compensation....

I have to agree with the other people..... Its a whopping 4 trips a year to Jomtien to do the 90 day..Using a agent does seem kind of silly.. The online 90 day was a compleat wreck of a mess that went on for years and years and years I gave up on the online 90 days forever.. But maybe I will give the stinking mess of online 90 day reporting a 2nd chance...

When the 90 day reporting opened outside at 7.40AM......They moved all the visa gear there they needed to operate the whole day.... So I am pretty darn sure but not 100% that they start working the 90 day reporting at 7.40 in the morning now...

I think this lady would feel right at home in my messy condo...lol

I had to wear a mask to go into the 7-11 near my room for a while....I feel like I have been psychologically damaged....And have suffered post traumatic stress....And it made me depressed.... I am sure masks can not be good for children..

I went to Jomtien today (Thursday) I got there at exactly 7.38 AM....(Just by chance) At 7.40 AM a lady opened up the 90 day reporting station outside..... At 7.41 AM she took my passport..... At 7.46 AM she returned with my passport and I was on my way........ I never knew the Exact time to go there in the morning to be first in line.....Maybe this info could help some fellow 90 day reporting slaves out there.....

Are you kidding these stories ALMOST NEVER have follow ups......I am still waiting on the decision on the farang who slashed is own neck...Or so they say........Zero follow up on that one...
