This project has been a real money maker for some.... It would be very interesting indeed to see the money trail on this one.... So this work was started in 2008...lol.... I think about 10 or 15 mega high rise condos have been built and completed in Pattaya since 2008......

If I remember right this stadium has already had a few re-starts to finigh this work, and where did that money go?.....Come on this project is already 10 years old and its still not finished....
