Well in this case every Thai news channel is breaking the law every day by well making videos of the news.... If your in public you really have no right to privacy....Its as simple as that..

The people in the condo below me......Love to torch-up a bowl of weed every morning on the balcony ,or pretty much any time for that matter...... There is the smell of weed then cough cough cough. then more weed smell then cough cough...... It use to be ever so often now its real often.....Before a year ago I never smelled the smell of weed coming from their condo.... I dont smoke weed because it makes me lazy and foggy.....I dont even want to smell it........ But I dont have a choice now because my neighbor has turned into a weed addict...... I bet there are plenty more weed addicts in Thailand now...
