I don't know about the Afghans but the Nigerians seem eager to come to Thailand...

You see all those Indian restaurants that have not gone out of business despite hardly having any customers at all for 18 months? Plenty are closed but not fully shut down..... Someone has been keeping these places alive with good old fashion cash......They sure have not been surviving off customers.... My theory is these Indian restaurants are being kept alive because there is planned a absolute flood of Indian tourist to come to Thailand.....And they are going to need somewhere to eat....Loads of Indians seem to only want to eat Indian food, so the need to keep these restaurants alive to be ready for the flood.....

Meat Zero.......And the ingredients are??? It seems its very hard to find info on Meat Zero..... Come on if its great stuff why not tell the ingredients ? My 3 minute search turned up almost nothing....

They would not also happen to be in the Palm tree business too would they?

The new Neo-Pattaya is a treeless (except Palm trees) parkless, natureless, artless concrete and steel paradise with lots cctv cameras and plenty of blue parking lots......Were getting closer to the dream every day......

I don't remember the beach washouts being very bad before the 2013 beach redo tree massacre........If I remember right the beach did have washouts but they were mostly pretty modest.......But ever since 2013 the beach washouts have been huge.....

How are people surviving there? They 100% depend on tourist.....Seriously they have zero income...... What was a simple boat trip to a Island has turned into layers and layers of rules, regulations, regiments, and red tape from HELL..... Temp check, facial scans, thermal scans, security officers, id checks Bla Bla Bla.............A big pile of nonsense...... Just go back to 30 baht boat rides to the island and call it a day...

This will be completely ignored by all but the big chain restaurants, who can afford to turn away paying customers.... Most restaurants don't have the will or the time to be vax police...

Who said it was a Palm tree?.......I said this is what should happen to every last stinking Palm tree on the beach....

Beach road is already 4 yes I said 4 lanes wide, 3 driving lanes and one parking lane...

Honestly this is what I would like to see happen to every last one of those bloody Palm trees (chop).......And I am a tree lover too...

Pattaya HAD the most beautiful beach promenade I had ever seen anywhere in the world......It was magnificent...... Their new vision is not Miami beach or anywhere like that.....Their new vision is closer to a strip mall shopping center parking lot (empty desolate, and void of life or art)......Hey they even already got the soulless overhead stadium lighting installed...... Now they are in the process of getting rid of the last remaining plants and trees.....And the transformation will be complete....... And no Palm trees do not count as trees....They provide no shade, and all have a boring generic sameness....But I guess Palm trees are perfect for their parking lot vision....

No trees, no shade, no seating, no place to relax, by golly this is perfect for Pattaya beach...

Coconut trees have coconuts............Palm Trees do not have coconuts, they have Palm fruit................Its really not complicated....

Let's please get 100% clear on this......When the say NEW TREES they mean shadeless PALM TREES and only shadeless PALM TREES......Not even coconut trees......No.............Trees mean shadeless PALM TREES and absolutely no other kind of tree...... PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES PALM TREES And no other kind of tree EVER....

There will always be people in favor of more and more restrictions....If vaxes were required every 3-6 months forever, loads of people would be in favor of it....

Think........The vaccinated are 100% protected from from deadly harm from covid even if they catch it.....And the un-vaxxed are 100% ok with receiving deadly harm from covid.........So why the need for vax passports to eat in a restaurant if everyone is ok with everyone else already.....

I have zero proof of this and its pure speculation......But it seems to me there has been some mysterious entity mopping up excessive condo inventory for years now to keep the condo building boom going.....They don't buy everything but seem to buy just enough at critical times to keep the condo building fire going....

the most likely reaction from the Thais will be that, "if they do it in Malaysia, let's do it too". Well there would maybe be a thousand expats left in all of Thailand if the requirements were you had to be pulling in 10,000 dollars a month.....

10,000 dollars a month? Virtually no one has a income of 10,000 dollars a month.....I bet only a few percent of expats have 10,000 dollars income a month..... Face the facts this is simply a way to kick foreigners out of the country..... Thailand being right next door is very worrisome.....I bet 50 thousand plus farangs would be on overstay within a year if they did this.....

I don't believe this for one second......100% no on this one..... 66 condos or 33 condos I might believe........With all the travel restrictions... Not many buy condos without looking at them....
